We were allowed straight in with no hassle at all! Definitely worth paying to skip the queue which is almost always a 40+ minute wait.

Entrance is free. You dont need to buy or reserve in advance. Queue is relatively fast. The audio guide is a link to Gdrive for you to play on your own. You can do without it.

We bought tickets to Londons Natural history museum. However we were provided a voucher saying "Find below the information to receive the ticket." However there wasn't any information or link to the tickets.

No audioguide available in the Natural history museum (they don’t offer it). The Staff Said It was a scam! There was indeed a link to an audioguide, but it connected to a google drive. Very sketchy everything! Only positive thing, you were able to skip the waiting line (if you are lucky and the guards don’t look Too Good at your ticket)!

This is very misleading. From reading this I was under the impression that we had tickets to enter, that is not the case. We were very disappointed on arrival as the queue to enter was hours long, this is not an ‘entry reservation’. Very disappointing.

It is worth using this app to book a slot, although it’s free to enter in busy days you may have to queue for long periods… however we walked straight in … perfect. The place is amazing and each room brings information, interaction, enjoyment and knowledge. It goes on and on so there is so much to see. Because it’s a free entry and popular it can get busy and noisy with school groups and lots of children… but you can always move in a room where it’s quieter and return when they move on , a fantastic place to visit x

Had an amazing day at the Natural history museum, amazing dinosaur exhibits and the hall at the centre was mesmerising. The audio was helpful and skipped the queue with a separate line. I went to British museum yesterday but had to leave very early as i had other reservations but today i spent 4 hours at the museum and it’s worth visiting.

It was a complete scam. I was promised an audio tour and fast-track tickets to the museum. When we arrived at the museum, the voucher they sent did not work and we were told there were no fast-track tickets for my kids and me available. Plus I got a sketchy WhatsApp message from India suggesting I click on a link to access tickets immediately after the purchase. Horrible disappointment I want a full refund. I

I was underwhelmed. The exhibits do not appear to be maintained. There were too many people in areas that made it difficult to see exhibits and to move about. It wasn’t worth the price of the free entry.

There was no real audio tour, it was just a link or links sent through to your phone.
The people that worked at the national history museum had no idea what this “audio tour” even was.
The museum was free anyway and the times in the ticket were never even checked. You could just walk in, so in my opinion, a waste of money.
