The Shard was shut on the day of my viewing and had been shut for weeks . Viator had taken my money whilst knowing that the Shard was closed. The Westminster walking tour was very good by Sandra. John Dawson

Tour at the palace

Overall it was a great tour because the tour guides took us to different palaces and give us a brief history about it, and he also give us a nice walk at the beautiful park. but it would be flexible if we can go to the shard together since that’s is the only place we haven’t gone together, just myself and 1 of the other person who was also part of this tour.

Considero que fomos enganados nesta viagem. Não tinham guias para a passeio adquirido. Propuseram várias hipóteses. A escolhida foi ir apenas à torre "The Shard" a outra parte do tour não se realizou. Como é que paguei 750,93€ pela totalidade da reserva e pela parte que não fiz apenas dizem que vão devolver £70? Nós realizamos apenas uma parte da viagem. Os dados da reserva são: dom., 1 de jan. de 2023 • 8 Adults, 3 Children € 750,93 Número de confirmação: 1353104166 Número de referência da reserva: 964198612 Outra questão porque é que devolvem apenas £10 por 10 adultos? Nós fomos 8 adultos e 3 crianças?! Se repararem numa reserva feita hoje de apenas o The Shard para 7 pessoas o custo seria de: The View from The Shard Direct € 258,86 7 adultos Então 750,93€-258,86€=492,07€ =» £433 Porque é que estão a dizer que me vão devolver apenas £70?

Vladimiro Monteiro Lets go through the mathematics of this :) You paid 750 Euro Viator took around 25% as their commission and then they were super nice and converted it into GBP for us... So we as the tour company received : £476.20 of the 750 Euro you paid The Shard tickets for 11 people = £352 cost (which we paid for up front for you) Leaving a gross profit of........ £124 Of which : we gave £70 back to you Leaving us with £54 to pay toward costs (time) What is the problem here ? I am not in the business of paying for peoples holidays or entry tickets into Attractions around the world You had the tickets in hand, you knew how much they cost. We told you Viator takes a large cut from the price you paid for the tour. Nothing new here. But still because you didnt get your own way : had to leave a negative review.... Happy New Year ! :)
