Nightmare driver from Heathrow

We looked for the bus for 45 minutes. We were given detailed written directions as to where to meet the bus and we waited for 45 min tried calling multiple times with no response. We finally reached the driver and he said he was in a different location and we would need to take our 8 people and 16 pieces of luggage to the other side of the airport and meet him in new location. Booked this as we were looking for convince. Next time would get 3 Uber drivers and be done in 10 minutes without fuss.

It was a little difficult to find and connect with the driver. But other than that, we were pleased with the transfer. They sent the size vehicle they promised (a mini bus) that accommodated our group of 8 with lots of luggage. The driver was friendly and the vehicle was very clean. Compared to other companies, the cost was very competitive for a private transfer.
