They will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name. -For hotel or residential address pickups, be ready in the lobby or at the main entrance at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. -If you’re unable to locate your driver or need to update any pickup information, simply call or message the driver directly, or contact London Minicab Service for immediate assistance. -LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE: Saloon Car: Accommodates up to 2 passengers, plus 2 check-in bags and 2 hand luggage items. Estate Car: Accommodates up to 4 passengers, plus 3 check-in bags and 3 hand luggage items. MPV: Accommodates up to 6 passengers, plus 4 check-in bags and 4 hand luggage items. Illio picked us up from Heathrow and was also our return a few days later. He was punctual, assisted with luggage and engaged on the trip. Easy to find at Heathrow and stayed in touch during landing. Would book again in future.

A Good Introduction to London

The tour operator provided good communication prior to arrival and accommodated our late arriving flight from USA. Our Driver, Ali was friendly, courteous and informative during the one hour ride from the airport to our London Hotel. Being our first time in London, it was a comforting being in capable hands.
