Not a good use of time or money.

Was given very little but repetitive information by "guide" but only on the bus. The driver of was rude and inconsiderate. The AC was not high enough to keep anyone cool. They decided to drop us off at the end of the day at a different station than what the booking said it would be and we were all told to take a taxi or the underground to get back to where we were supposed to be let out since many people had arrangements at Victoria (where we were picked up and told at booking that we would be dropped off). Three groups decided to miss the bus back and take the train since it was faster and more comfortable than the bus.

    It was a fantastic tour.....

It was a fantastic tour.. although I couldn’t enjoy it because of the strong wind that day! Totally recommend it and our guide and driver were awesome

    Breathtaking views

It was a great day. The seven sisters gets busy and the lineup for the women's washroom takes a lot of your time if you don't do that first. I had time to walk along the water and take pictures of the cliffs but did have time to visit our the gift shop. They need more washrooms for the amount of your buses.

    Be Prepared to Walk

The guide was pleasant and the bus comfortable. But the drop off point for the cliffs requires a substantial walk after which you see very little. The time spent in Brighton was enjoyable but there is no tour, you're basically on your own. The tour is not so much a tour as just transportation to the 2 locations.

It was great the Seven Sisters is well worth a visit. Very beautiful! The Royal Pavilion was very unique and totally unexpected to see in England. Looked like it was from another world.

    A 5-Star Tour! ⭐️

Amazing tour! I was a little skeptical at first since the reviews were limited, but it turns out this was newly offered tour! Seven Sisters was an amazing sight to see and the city of Brighton was bright, vibrant, and bustling! Ample time was offered for both locations at this tour. If I were to make a suggestion, I would suggest to be a bit more specific with where the pick-up location is, since there were moments where I couldn’t make out where the coach bus was when pick-up time was approaching. However, other than that, this was one of my favorite tours coming out of London. Shoutout to David and Kulvinder for being so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Thank you for your fantastic feedback! We’re so glad to hear that the Seven Sisters and Brighton made such a great impression on you, and that you enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere as well as having ample time at both locations. It’s especially wonderful to know that this became one of your favorite tours from London—even more so given your initial hesitation! We truly appreciate your suggestion regarding clearer pick-up instructions and will work on making this more precise to ensure a smoother experience for all our guests. A special thank you as well for recognizing David and Kulvinder—they will be delighted to hear your kind words about their friendliness and knowledge. We hope to welcome you again on another memorable journey soon!

Do it if you have little time (just consider it as transportation).

It is a good tour if you only consider it as transportation. They don't give you any explanation (the guide only talks on the bus, 10 minutes before each attraction, and they seem like facts taken from 'the 10 most interesting things about...'). Honestly, if you have little time it is excellent, but if not, I would recommend going on your own (trains leave from London to the cliffs and then there are buses from there to Brighton every 20 minutes). Also, the bus did not drop us off at the pickup point (as the post says), but instead dropped us off three stations away, in South Kensington (so I had to spend extra to get to Victoria). As for the guide and the driver, they are quite rude; people would ask them something and they would react as if you were doing them a favor and they weren't offering you a service.
