overall a very good experience. aldo was knowledgeable and charming, my only complaints are that he was giving us 30 min to take pics at the Michealangelo plaza which needed like 5 min. also brought us into a jewelry store and got us kind of stuck with a sales person, chewing up some valuable tour time. meanwhile, did not take us to ponte vechio (we walked over later) and wonder if we couldn't get a glimpse of the bobili gardens too. overall good, but could have and should have been better. best part was he jumped the line to get us affogato (sorry for spelling), which was amazing. i would recommend to a friend but would do a bit more research to make sure you get the best guide available

A group of 8 of us did the 4 hour golf cart tour of Florence and it was an excellent experience! It’s a great way to see so much in one day. The tour guides also know where to find the best street food and incorporate stops only locals would know about. It was also a good choice on a rainy day because it’s covered and they also have the ability to zip it so you don’t get wet. Highly recommend!!

There were thunderstorms all day and when it stopped for a few minutes you thought maybe it’s done,…..but no.
All that being said, out tour guide Olga remained positive with high energy and more details about each area then we expected. She/we wouldn’t let the rain stop us and we had a great time and all got very wet.
We zipped around seeing so many sites while others struggles walking through the rain.

Our guide was very nice. We had difficulty understanding her English. Many questions could not be answered. But the tour itself is a great introduction into the landmarks and history of Florence. We were thankful not walking so much.

We loved this tour! By doing this as a private tour, we were able to cut short the stops that didn’t interest us, and extend the stops that did. Our guide was great about adjusting to our interests. I’d been to Florence before, but our guide offered some new historical facts that I hadn’t heard before. Highly recommend!

Sebastian is a terrific guide. We had a wonderful tour yesterday seeing most of Florence from the affluent to the middle class areas. Florence is soaked in history and that was communicated during our tour. We had several great photo opportunities.

Our guide, Vanessa, was absolutely wonderful. I know that she guides tours almost every day during high tourist season, but her warmth and enthusiasm made us feel like she was experiencing the beauty of Florence with us for the very first time. She and our driver were professional and kind. This was the perfect way to see many of the most important sights in an easy and relaxed way. 100% recommend! Worth every penny, ESPECIALLY if there are people on your trip who are not able to do much walking.

Excelent choice for people who are staying for very limited time in Florence. Our guide was realy friendly, helpful and give us plenty of info about visiting sites. After having a few day's extensive walking tours in Rome this was a realy good option.

This was ok. I think we would've enjoyed it more had we done it our first day in Florence. It did show us things we hadn't seen and gave us information we didn't know, but Florence is easy to walk around and see yourself, the Golf Cart is not needed. Our driver wasn't real engaged, although the gentlemen Ben with him was awesome. Ben made it worthwhile by his constant communication and detailed information.

Excellent with young kids to take in the whole city and see all major attractions from the outside on the first day. We could then pick and choose which ones we wanted to go back and see in more detail. Good with young kids.

This is definitely worth doing. We only had one day in Florence and could never have been able to see all the places of interest that we did with the cart tour. The guide was very informative and the tour was certainly a high light of our stay in Italy.

Wonderful tour! Our guide was from Sweden and spoke perfect English. She had in depth knowledge about the history of Florence. We covered so much ground in this golf cart in such a short amount of time, there is no way we would have seen so much by walking! Yet, we stopped frequently to get out, walk around and take pictures. Great Florence overview. I'd do it again!

Classificamos esse tour de boa, mas não excelente apenas por um motivo. Tivemos que esperar uma hora na praça indicada para o carrinho chegar. Ok, depois que o carrinho chegou, o motorista pediu mil desculpas e explicou que naquele dia outros motoristas tinham faltado e que tinham muitos tours agendados. E realmente como essa opção de passeios por cidades onde se precisa andar muito para se ver tudo e como tínhamos pouco tempo , acabou sendo muito útil e confortável essa opção. Recomendamos . O motorista fez de tudo para minimizar esse stress da espera, muito simpático e atencioso, nos levando a lugares que em principio não faziam parte do trajeto. No final foi muito bom, até porque Florença é um espetáculo!! Um elogio especial ao tratamento atencioso que nos foi dado pelo rapaz nigeriano que fica na Piazza de la República atendendo pessoas interessadas no tour ou que já compraram o tour que era o nosso caso - porque tínhamos reservado aqui no Brasil , pela internet.
