Our Highlight of Tuscany

We were so excited to learn to cook traditional Tuscan cuisine. My husband loves to cook, so we had very high expectations. Stefano and Mire not only exceeded those expectations, it was like sitting down to a meal with good friends by the end of the evening. We learned so much (and ate so much!), and as a result, can’t wait to take our skills home with us to Vermont!! I highly recommend taking any class they have to offer! Their culinary skills are beyond amazing. Not only did we receive all of the recipes that we made, but they offered suggestions and modifications to the recipes to personalize the experience. We are so thankful we found them!
