We had a great dinner with our host, Patrizia. It was very enjoyable and is recommended. We also met a very nice couple who we enjoyed dinner with. Recommended for those who are looking for an intimate dinner with a small number of people.

Patrizia was a superb host. The small group made for an intimate cooking class and wonderful dinner conversation after we finished making two types pasta. The appetizers and home made gelato for desert had us all stuffed and happy with some left over to take home if we desired. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing evening with an amazing lady and group of other travelers. Patrizia was not only a fantastic teacher and cook, she was warm, hospitable, kind and a lot of fun. My boyfriend and I were joined by a sweet lady and her son for the cooking class and then joined by a family of four to eat with us. All were fun to be with and no one left hungry! The only challenge was finding a taxi afterwards… Florence needs Uber! It would have been better to have driven our car there. Patrizia was the best and we would highly recommend you spend an evening with her. She is so passionate about cooking and so generous with her sharing of recipes, ideas, information and culture. We loved this experience.

Such a wonderful experience! Being invited into Patricia’s home, you instantly feel like family! She is so warm and welcoming. She even gave me a pair of her slippers to wear when she realized we had walked in the rain and my shoes were soaked! Learning how to make our own noodles was so much fun and she really knows her stuff! One of the best meals and nights we’ve had in Italy, can’t recommend enough!

Patrizia was such a wonderful host who welcomed us into her home with much love and care. She was so very sweet and even offered me a change of clothes as I got caught in a downpour on the walk over. She taught us how to make fresh pasta from scratch and even went into the finer details of how the smallest of changes in ingredients can greatly affect the pasta. It felt like I was a part of her family dinner and was such an amazing experience for my first time in Italy. I would definitely recommend this class!

I have taken large group cooking classes before in Italy. This was definitely up a notch. Patricia is a warm hostess and an excellent cook. She welcomed us into her home and really taught us the finer points of Pasta making ….it has definitely upped my game! I would highly recommend this experience. Very intimate, homey, authentic and personal. I felt very privileged to experience this evening, and I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking an authentic cooking experience in Italy.

Cooking Italian Pasta with Patrizia!

My friends and I went to Italy for my birthday celebration! Apart of our tour we wanted to participate in an authentic Italian cooking class learning how to make pasta! This experience with Patrizia was the highlight of our 10 day holiday! Patrizia was authentic, amazing and an excellent teacher and the product of our dinner of pasta was shown us to cook with love!

This was the highlight of my trip to Italy! Patrizia is an excellent chef and teacher. She explained how the interactions between ingredients affected the creation of the pasta, showed us how to use the pasta maker, and then prepared a delicious dinner with the pasta we made. She is so fun and lively - the evening passed very quickly. The other guests were friendly and we all enjoyed our evening together. We took the tram from a stop near the train station to her house, very easy and quick. If your new to public transportation in Florence, as we were, it is helpful to lookup on line how tickets work before you get there. Patricia welcomed us into her home and shared her love of cooking with us. This evening was the most fun and will be the most memorable of my time in Italy.

We had an incredible evening! Patrizia was warm from the very beginning. She shared so many great tips about pasta making that we hope to carry with us back home. It was so fun to work at her table and get first hand tips from an expert. Her cooking was fantastic and she never once missed a moment to be hospitable. We enjoyed so many homemade dishes. We felt spoiled! At the end of the evening, we enjoyed a wonderful conversation and shared many laughs. She also made it very easy for us to arrange a taxi ride back to our hotel. We look forward to booking again when we return to Florence!

Patrizia is AMAZING! This has been the highlight of our trip and is by far the best meal have had in Italy. Patrizia is such a welcoming host and incredible cook, she felt like family to us by the end of dinner. We learned how to make the most incredible lemon ricotta ravioli that we look forward to making back home. We really felt like we were in "mamas" kitchen. The small group makes for a fantastic company and a really hands-on experience. We are still dreaming of this meal. You cannot leave Florence without cooking with Patrizia!
