Fantastic experience! The organization and communication was impeccable. The balloon ride was breathtaking and the perfect length. Our aeronaut was skilled and safe. I cannot say enough good things about this experience!!! Definitely a highlight of our trip!

This is a must do! Save up for it, because it was totally worth it! Fantastic company, great people to guide and fly to give a wonderful experience! It wasn't scary at all; peaceful and spectacular in my opinion.
What a great experience! Highly recommend. Captain of the balloon was fantastic and the views unbelievable. Lovely toast and snacks at the end. Always felt safe!

We had been looking forward to this experience for weeks. Unfortunately the weather had other plans for us and we did not get a chance to fly on our scheduled date due to fog. The staff was by far the best part of our experience. They made us feel like we were the most important people in the world. They tried to wait out the weather but unfortunately it didn’t clear out for us to be able to fly. While we waited for the weather to clear out, they took us out for coffee. Once they knew they had to call it do to weather they called a taxi for us and even paid for the taxi back to our hotel. I believe that had we had the chance to fly that day it would’ve been an experience of a lifetime just because of the friendly staff. Hope we can come back and get to fly some day.
The hot air balloon ride was awesome!! Roberto and Giorgia were friendly and fantastic. We had a great time. Amazing views of Florence and Tuscany. I would do it again. Nice breakfast at end with Prosecco!
This is a must do once in a lifetime experience. You will get the best possible view of Florence and Doumo, and capture shots which thousands of people crave for. Truly magical.
This was such an amazing experience and such an awesome way to see Florence. Pilot and staff were awesome!!! Would highly recommend!!!

An absolute highlight of our trip! You start out along the river at one end of Florence, and gently float along the river to the other end. They even have snacks set up when you land. It was absolutely amazing, and I am so glad we did this tour! I also liked that instead of the 16 person baskets you find many places, it was two couples plus our guide.

This was THE highlight of our trip to Florence. Francesco was a delight and made us feel comfortable in the balloon. While we didn't go directly over Florence, you are right along the river and see the beautiful sunrise over the city. It was spectacular. Then you are taken over the rolling hills, land in a field, then are greeted with champagne and a light breakfast. It was wonderful, and I highly recommend.

This was our 3rd balloon flight; the best by some distance. Incredible views as we took off with the sun rising over Florence, then floated down the valley with mist peppering the beautiful landscape. The pilot was very knowledgable and went out of his way to make it an incredible trip.

Robert was a wonderful pilot, cracked excellent jokes and kept us all happy, with a perfect take-off and landing. His teammate in the car must have had a hilarious journey following us around in every possible direction. The views over the city and the countryside were stunning and the whole experience was so very special. Really made our trip to Italy something to remember. Ended with a delicious breakfast!!

Roberto is an incredibly skilled pilot and speaks very good English. The scenery is just stunning. Cannot fault any part of the experience ... so glad we did it!

The views are phenomenal! We have 9 people in it. They all spoke Italian except my family. We don’t mind if they talk to us in English but at least let us know when we land. He said once get ready to land but that was like 10 minutes before he landed. We simply just follow the other people when things happened like I don’t belong the group! Breakfast was good and you will get a better experience to stand on the left hand side of the hot air balloon.
We met at the river in the predawn. We were airborne during sunrise and the whole experience was amazing. Our guide/pilot was friendly and helpful and fun to talk to. This was fantastic in every way. Highly recommended.
Llegamos al punto de encuentro y vimos la cesta grande y entonces mi pareja supo que le había regalado un globo aerostático. Al principio estábamos nerviosas pero luego nos fuimos relajando. Es una de esas cosas que hay que probar al menos una vez en la vida. El piloto había viajado por montón de partes del mundo y tenía experiencia. No paraba de comunicarse con sus compañeros que nos seguían en coche. Por otro lado, cuando acabas te dan comida en lo que van recogiendo y haces un brindis así que fue genial.
Excelente atención se contactaron un par de días antes para dar información del viaje, salió bien y a tiempo con un recorrido de magnífica vista sobre Firenze en manos de tripulación experts todo realizado con mucha seguridad. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

J'avais réservé pour un survol de Florence, mais la météo (absence de vent) ne le permettait pas. La société m'a proposé de vers le survol du Chianti la place et s'est occupée du transfert A/R de mon hôtel de Florence au point de décollage.
