First we could not find the meeting of the tour guide to get the tickets. It was a lot of confusion. He just gave us our tickets and said go in. So we did. The people that worked there was not really inviting but that was fine. I would do it again but not with this type of tour.

Stunning views and architecture

Fantastic views of the city and the inside of the dome, great workout climbing inside dome and Bell tower. Would recommend buying tickets online in advance direct rather than using 'skip the cue' agents, paid considerably more than ticket price to be sent e tickets so still had to queue for everything.

Worst tour operator ever

Spent an hour trying to find operator after he never showed up to meeting site. Sent him three messages through Viator that were never answered. Phone number for the operator that was provided was a fake. As we were leaving the area (very upset), passed by a different tour operator office that had a Viator logo. I showed them my confirmation and they knew the tour operator, called him, and was finally given my tix. Unfortunately, we were unable to experience the entire tour that I had paid for due to the lost time. In addition, we had to wait in a long line in scorching heat (we bought a “skip the line” ticket). DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH THIS TOUR OPERATOR.

Dear Jeff, We are sorry for the inconveniences caused but there's our contact number clearly mentioned in your voucher and you can contact us via Facetime, WhatsApp or normal calls. When you ask for full refunds after having the tickets is something unacceptable. Dome has a selected number of people selected to climb the dome in a specific time frame. Skip the line doesn't mean you can't skip the security checks. Regards, Florence and Global.

Great late Duomo Climb (+extras) tickets

Quick and easy way to get emergency tickets for people who didn’t plan ahead and by the pass ahead of time. Tickets were emailed and WhatsApp’d 2 days before the Duomo Climb time. It’s a sight not to miss. Don’t worry about getting in the queue early. Everyone with your time slot gets allowed in on the start time. So just get there early, take a glass of wine in the piazza in eyesight of your line the (side Dome door not the main cathedral line) and relax!

A little pricey we were charged over $100 but when we got the tickets and saw what the actual website charged it states only 30 euros per person. I would recommend just getting the tickets from the actual website.

Hi There , this is a just an extra service for you. Yes ticket price is 30 euro but when you want tickets those all sold out. We purchased behalf of you and pay the TAX, and pay the man hours. When you pick your tickets its very easy for you , but behind there are lot of cost. Sorry for the inconvenience

Expensive and no skip any lines

The experience is that you get to go but many things were not as written. It states - guaranteed to skip the lines - there is no such thing and the line is 30- 40 min long for each item! You stand in line to climb the dome - we showed up 15 min early and got in line early to go up faster. This is the only item where you have a timed spot. It’s also one of the only priced items. Everything else is free per the museum website. Expect to wait in line for all the different entrances. This ticket does not skip any lines. It’s also rather confusing which line is for which event. Lastly, this is rather sad that “agencies” are buying up all these normal tickets and up-charging the customers.

Please note you will be climbing along other travellers, therefore, there might be a short line due to security check and the process to let every visitor inside. This a Just service that someone has not a plan or missed to buy or find a tickets. We never mentioned that fully skip the all lines , we mentioned that. When you travel high season each and every Museum there are few minutes lines. Sorry for the inconvenience

Met our person at the location given. He gave us out tickets and we were able to use them to access the various activities at the Duomo. The lines are still long for getting into the locations but the tickets worked.

Booking features not fulfilled

The person in charge of distributing our tickets was 30 minutes late. Viator stated to be at a certain spot at 12.15 and the person didn’t show up until 12.45. This caused us to be rushed and he barely explained anything before running off. Additionally, my booking specifically stated they were skip the line tickets. I have screen shots of my booking that state this as well as a screen recording of me going into my booking and it says a check mark next to “skip the line” and even though I sent these to customer service they kept saying that on their end it was not a skip the line experience. I understand that it may have been a mistake on the system stating this but the ability to skip the line is the only reason I booked this through Viator. I missed out on a lot of other activities because I was stuck in long lines. I was denied a refund or even a partial refund. Absolutely horrid experience. Do not book this!
