Pasta making for the win! 🇮🇹

We had a fabulous experience! Corsso (maybe I got the spelling wrong), was a fabulous chef to show us how and assist us in our pasta class. We enjoyed the history behind the food, including the 700 year old restaurant building. We ate what we created, ravioli and noodles.

Fun hands on class learning how to make two different types of pasta. Guide also makes tiramisu for the group. As an FYI, everyone's pasta is collected and cooked for everyone to enjoy. As stated, access to house red/white wine and/or water is included.
