Your adventure begins with hotel pickup in Cancun and transport directly to the waterfront meeting point, where you’ll get suited up in your life jacket and board the parasailing boat. After a quick tutorial, take to the skies and enjoy about 10 minutes in the air to admire bird’s-eye views of the sea and coastline.
Next, hop onto a jet ski for a self-guided ride through the lagoon either solo or with a passenger. Take on the waves at the speed you choose as you roar across the sea before heading back to the beach to shower and freshen up. End with hassle-free transport back to your hotel.

Scam !! Dont do it ! The speedboat they have advertised is NOT the speedboats they actually have. They DO NOT actually host parasailing either, they go through a whole different company. I didnt even get to go parasailing & my speedboat experience was literally in the rain… they didnt even offer a refund due to weather which forced me to do the ride that lasted 10 minutes in the rain 🥲 DONT DO IT !! They also charge an extra 400MXN when you arrive as a “fee”… just save yourself stress and skip this false advertising.

This experience was awesome!!! The only reason why I have it 4 stars and not 5 because I had to wait for other people to finish their activities before I could go home. If you have your own transportation then you’ll have a great time!

The activities were very nice. We did the speedboat before the parasailing even though we were told the opposite when I booked. The organization was very poor. When we got to the meeting pick-up place, no one knew about any activity of parasailing so we got worried thinking we had been frauded. Then they said the reservation was only for the speedboat. The lady who served us was very nice and tried to find more information to assist us. Her name was Laura Medina. That's when we understood we would do the parasailing afterwards. But nowhere in her system it showed I had two activities booked. She had to contact someone to get additional information. The crew who came to pick us up for the second activity took very long. We waited for about 40 minutes. The parasailing was awesome so as the speedboat. I recommend to all but make sure they communicate between the activities to avoid surprises.

The parasailing staff was professional, and we felt quite safe. The time in the air was awesome. It was our first jet-ski experience, and the waves made it rather challenging. If I try again, I will do it on a calm lake where I can learn how to handle the craft.

I paid for parasailing and jet skis, then was contacted thru what's app and this app saying weather didn't permit. I requested a refund,but was insisted to take replacement of some bull. I'm very disappointed and want my 259.60 back asap. The day was ruined! I want a refund

Enjoyed both the jet ski and para sailing. Amount of time to enjoy both was perfect. Our guide "Pinky" was helpful and personable. He did a great job getting my wife up and running on the jet ski, even though she was a new rider, and a bit afraid.

We did jet ski and parasailin tour. Jet skis you have a small area you have to stay in ,I wanted to go up and down the beach but that was a big NO. As for the parasailin that part was good and Captain and crew were great , never did it before so I liked it.

Very fun experiences! The parasailing was relaxing and the jet skiing was exciting. Both were worthwhile activities. The company picked me up, took me to the place where I did the activities, and then took me back to my hotel, no hassle. It was a good experience.

Jet ski was cool but they cancelled parasailing due to the weather. Which cleared up. The rain nor storm didn’t hit us. I feel these people are lazy and spiteful. I would never book a tour again. Still pending my refund after they charged me on spot for docking fee as if that’s something they should already handle. I was as if they never planned on doing the parasailing. I wished I book it through my resort for the beginng.

My experience was nothing short of outstanding, thanks to the remarkable staff, punctual driver, and their collective kindness! Unfortunately, sea sickness caught me off guard, but the staff's compassion made all the difference. Don't forget to show your appreciation for their dedication by leaving a tip. While Mexican music would have enhanced the experience, I respect the establishment's commitment to diversity but is disrespectful considering we are on there land tourist need to stop being spoil brats. This experience gets an A+ from me!

We did get cancelled on at first I wanted a refund because I had other things planned however we were able to change it to the last day of our vacation they pushed us back 3 times our driver was impatient because we had to use the bathroom after waiting in the lobby for half of the morning and tried to leave us when we arrived very disorganized we didn’t know where to go weren’t given any instructions we paid for pictures and videos the lady said she doesn’t give out receipts and the QR code was all we get so I took a picture of the screen when we got back there was someone else there doing we needed to pay again we showed him the QR code and the picture of the screen and he was still going back and forth where he was getting loud with me an people were starting to notice overall it was a bad experience me because of it we did make the most of it and tried to enjoy ourselves but the service itself was not great

Very punctual and on schedule. Parasailing was very fun as well as Jet Ski. I wish the parasailing was a little longer, it felt very short. Was asked to tip by 3 different workers, seemed unnecessary. Was told the dock fee was going to be $15 but was charged $40 at the dock. Pictures and video was also excessively priced. But overall a good and fun experience.

Canceled twice by them and eventually refunded. Weather was great and we were excited. It was rescheduled 2 times "because of weather" and eventually they had to refund because we were leaving before they were willing to rebook.

Thank you for your comments, unfortunately these days the weather has not allowed us to operate, we had weather windows where we hoped to be able to start operations but unfortunately the port authority did not allow us to operate for safety reasons.

The tour operator cancelled on us the day of our reservation after the departure pick up time from our hotel. We had to call and confirm if the driver was still coming and they told us due to the weather our experience was canceled. I was unable to reschedule or book a different tour with a different agency on such short notice.

We will always provide quality service, so if the conditions are not optimal for safety, we prefer to cancel rather than leave a bad taste in your mouth. In this case, the weather made us close at the last minute.
