Overview

This experience packs as many outdoor activities in the jungle as possible in half a day, including horseback riding—a rare combination. After you’re taken to Puerto Morelos, ride your horse through the jungle. Hop on an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) for a second ride through the jungle, and continue the adventure with zip lining and swimming in a cenote complete with jumping platforms. Lunch with soft drinks are included.

I had a wonderful experience, I highly recommend this tour. The staff are very kind and experienced, and as someone who tried all these activities for the first time, they were very supportive and reassuring. Communication was great, the team let us know of exact pick up times and it took a total of 5 hours for all activities. The zipline is perfect for beginners, or someone's first time (like myself). The ATV is an incredibly fun time driving through the jungle. A dive into the cenote to refresh yourself, and at last, the horse back riding to end in a perfect way. 10/10!

What a day!! They provided transportation from the hotel for a fee. From there we went to the Zip Lines first, and we truly enjoyed that as it was both our first time. The lines weren’t so high or long so it is great for beginners. Then to the ATV trek that was amazing fun. We ride in a group of about 15 ATVs for roughly a mile and then back. From there we got on horseback for another roughly mile long trek through the jungle. Only 4 people went in this part of the tour. After that we took a dip in the local Cenote. A beautiful cavern with chilly water, but perfect for a hot day! They took photos of all the activities and provided all the safety gear. A Great Day!!! Highly recommend!!!!

The ATV activity is not safe at all.2 people in the group lost the tire of their ATV. One falls down. And me I almost fall down.the route holes are filled by stone. It was inconsolable.On top of that I did not like that In the description that we pay for scarves and cadenas. it was not included. For the amount we paid Cardenas should be included or at lease prevent the tourist. I chose a guide in French but he does speak French.on top of that the guide forces us to give them tips and reviews.I did not like it

Overall our experience was good, Driver was at the wrong hotel to pick us up- they tried to tell us we booked it incorrectly- we sent them our confirmation we had booked the correct hotel. Then they tried to say we weren’t really at that location we were wrong and they were going to no show our entire group. We sent our location on the phone showing our exact location matched our confirmation pickup spot-no apology just a we will be there on 15 minutes. They seemed to be a little unorganized and some of their internal communication was off. Also, even before our day was done the staff started demanding tips which to us seemed a little off as we had not even concluded our day. Overall not a bad day as the experiences were fun!

Felt rushed

The experience was fun however they were pretty busy and we felt rushed to get through all activities. It’s a long day so make sure to eat before going on the long bus ride and day. The food that is included is provided at the end of all activities so we were pretty hungry. The food included was 3 chicken tacos with small tortillas. The chicken was tasty but tortillas were cold! My kids didn’t care for the tacos so I ordered plain burger and was charged $20 dollars!!! This was just one small kids size burger with a patty no fixins. They definitely took advantage given there is nowhere else to get food.

Good tour but needs work

It is a really cool tour but you are not allowed to bring your phone to take any pictures during the trip because they have their own photographer and the offer is over 40 Dollar per person for the photopackage which feels like a total rip off. Also EVERYONE is asking for tips and extra money, which is really not ok, since the package should cover all the services. Insurance package comes extra, sodas come extra for the lunch etc. Etc. We were still happy that we did it but it could be better organized. Shout-out to our driver Nachiin Alvarez, he was incredibly nice and gave us great recommendations for the area.

The ATV tour was a loop with photo opportunities. We had reserved a double and a single. They told us the single person would have to ride behind a guide unless we paid an additional fee. The ziplines were fun. But the group was too large - we barely fit on the treestands between lines. The horseback ride was scheduled after noon and the heat was unbearable for the animals. The ride was just a loop for photo ops. No one rode with us, but a couple of guys were running next to us. It was not enjoyable having folks run along side. Most of the day was very focused on photo ops. We went for the experiences, NOT just the photo ops. The cenote was very nice. The guys that ran the camp were very nice. But otherwise, this was not something I would recommend to a friend.

The area for the tour was very neat and well maintained, they had a bar and served various foods. The tour itself was very sub par, you do only 4 zip lines which max out at about 15ft you can go upside down which was neat! Quads are silly as they put you all in a direct line and barely let you touch the gas would not pay for this again, they also suggest you purchase a covering for your face because of the dust extra $$ to barley ride the quad. The horses were maybe 5 minutes long and literally only done so they can push more pictures to purchase, did not like the way they treated the horses. Was also expected to tip at each section of this excursion. Ended up being way more $ than booked.

Sacrificed quality of activities for quantity but amazingly kind workers

Zip lines were underwhelming, ATV crowd was too long to go any sort of speed that got the adrenaline going, horses were not allowed to gallop or canter (super tight space despite 4 at a time going) Cenote was cool, but all in all I would not return. This package is not worth your money, choose an exclusive package and just do either ATVs all day, Horseback riding all day, or zipline all day. We had to wait (group of 20 or so) for 10-15 minutes at each of the only (4) zip lines! It was cool to pack in such a variety of things into one day, but my verdict is you lose a LOT of quality My horse wanted to go Wish we could’ve had more than 15minutes on those considering the allotted time frame 20$ for an individual photo or 35$ per person for all the photos pretty much guarantees you’ll be buying the package (you’re not allowed to take your own(nor have your phone on you) for “safety” while on ATVs or horses or zip line) If you don’t mind sacrificing quality , this is your place to get a lot done all in one The people were friendly as can be

This was an AMAZING tour that was worth every penny!!! Our tour guide was Raul [make sure you roll the ‘R’ lol] and I don’t know the photographer’s name, but he was amazing with capturing moments. We were able to get all of our pictures and videos for $80 after.

So much value for less than $100!

This tour is incredible and you get so much value — ATVing, zip lining, tequila tasting, horseback riding and a cenote — for less than $100! I felt that the amount of time spent doing each of the activities were all reasonable, though I personally wished we had more time for photos, videos and exploration at the cenote since it was so beautiful. Know that you’ll need to pay for a locker (they were large enough for the four of us to share) and that you’re not allowed to bring your phone, Fanny pack, etc. for the ATVing and zip lining for safety reasons (but they offer fair photo and video packages at the end). I would also recommend bringing your own bottled drinks, sunglasses and bandana for ATVing, sunscreen, bug spray, watershoes for the gravel near the cenote, backpack, bag for wet clothes, towel and a waterproof phone case (you can’t jump into the cenote with your phone so someone from your group will need to walk it down the stairs into the cenote). Overall I would highly recommend this tour for those wanting to experience these activities at an affordable cost!

Best experience in all the activities I did. They picked me up from the hotel as it was indicated Unlike other tours which was at the Hilton Inn. It was my daughters birthday and Raul made sure it was special which I truly appreciated. All activities were close together which was nice and convenient. What’s great is the chance to be social and interact as well as take part in some decent risk taking activities. Why not a 5? Arranging a pick up time was a hassle. A little more effort on the admin side of things would go a long ways. Yes they take videos and want to sell you them, but really what tour group doesn’t. Besides you have the leverage to negotiate. Not like anyone else will buy your pictures. Guides were friendly and fun!

Perfect family tour !

Had a great time! ATV ride was fun... Horse trail ride was a little short.. Cenotes were perfect cool off after. Keep in mind Denotes are COLD and water is deep. Tour guides Raul and Oliver were friendly attentive and made sure everyone was happy and safe. Our driver Ignacio was on on time upbeat and got us there and back to our resort safely and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

This is difficult as all four activities were exciting and fun. We started with zipling and then went on a 45 minute ATV ride on jungle trails. Next was a short horseback ride and we finished with a cool off in a cenote. Great young guide named Arturo!

Family of 5 We had a great time 10/10 The staff were all great and made us all feel super comfortable and safe. One staffer even offered to get in the cenote with me and my daughter and swim with us from the stairs to the platform because we were a little afraid at first. The experience was okay. Be prepared to be asked for a tip on three seperate locations. Also, they will scam you by saying phones should stay in the locker and not to worry about pitcures because they will take them and at the end of the trip they try to sell photos to you for USD 60 which we could easily avoid if we have had our phones. Also, by the end of the trip only drink you could have was beer.

Thank you for your honest opinion, during the tour our guides explained that for the safety of your belongings should be kept in the locker, likewise cell phones are not allowed during the zip lines, ATVS and the horseback riding tour, as they are activities with a lot of movement could fall and be damaged. That is why we have a professional photographer who is in charge of taking all the pictures so that at the end you can decide the photo package that suits you best. About the drinks, in particular the alcoholic beverages have different prices and are not included in the package that we sell, since it depends on the prices.
