Bring food with you. All the shopping is for souvenirs, which is great, but only snack items were available to eat.

Our tour, tour guide and driver were amazing. Our tour guide explained everything in Spanish & English. Also, the refreshments on board was a plus.

It was probably one of the worst tours I've ever taken in Cancun. Hot bus, no air conditioning. It said the tour included water and beer but we were never offered anything, in fact I finally had to buy my own drink. At the shopping places you are hounded constantly, never a moment just to look. I would not do this again.

The Mayan ruins stop was good and interesting. Beware of mosquitoes. At the first shopping stop beware. As in most Mexican cities, the salesmen are aggressive, annoying and in your face. I hated it! I am more out to buy at a store where the salesman does not follow me around and is pushy. The second stop for souvenirs with much better and I did buy something there.
Songs from cityside since an interesting murals. Getting stuck in slow moving traffic going back to our resort I was not fun. 4 hour tour turned into six.

Plenty of room on the bus. Lively music. Tony was a very personable and knowledgeable tour guide. Please bring insect repellent to apply at the ruins otherwise be prepared to be the meal of the day for aggressive mosquitoes. Tequila was delicious and they were great.
Con: being bombarded by the staff at the jewelry store as soon as you get off the bus at Mercado 28 you spend the majority of your shopping time fighting them off.
It was a fun day to get a trip around the city.

We chose pick up and were very surprised to be picked up by the whole tour bus, lol. We had a smaller group so the tour felt very personal which was a great experience. Our tour guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us a chance to visit everything listed. Our bus driver was a great driver and also did well to drive safely. We did four stops in total and were able to shop and taste tequila! Seeing the rest of Cancun made us be able to think about what another trip here would look like. Saw many locals who were all very friendly. Be prepared to shop and bargain! Got picked up at 9:45 and was back at the resort before 3. Probably best to go with a partner or a group instead of solo.

Was able to experience the viewing of Mexico. Wasn't rushed and enjoyed the free drinks. Would go back again anytime. Also I was able to KFC. If you know then you know lol.

The tour was okay and the stops were okay, especially the Mayan ruins. However, since this is a sightseeing tour with references to landmarks in passing, the type of vehicle used did not provide equal visibility to all passengers. We sat in the back seats of a 21-seater bus with two step-up seating levels. We could not see the landmarks being pointed out in passing. We literally had to bend down our heads to look through the small portion of the window to catch glimpses of a few buildings. (We didn’t see the landmarks). Otherwise, we would primarily see only the street and sidewalks. Additionally, the tour guide did not use a microphone and spoke in a moderate tone, at times his back was turned to us, as he identified landmarks, so hearing him was difficult if you were seated in the last two rows, as we were. I recommend a larger vehicle with better 360 visibility for all and a microphone for the tour guide. Otherwise, the tour was okay; tour guide seemed knowledgeable and was very pleasant, our driver as well, who was very helpful. Lastly, it may have been an unfortunate oversight, but we didn’t get any beverage (water/drink/beer) as advertised, unless we misunderstood. The tour does not pick up passengers outside of the “hotel zone” so be prepared to pay extra for an uber or taxi to and from the designated pickup point, if you are elsewhere. Tour company does make on time pickups.

This was a wonderful experience for me and my sister. And the tour guides we had Tony and oh my goodness I can't remember our drivers name but they were awesome. I would recommend this tour to everyone. We got to see the island and lots of history plus taste lots of tequila and chocolate. We are planning another trip to bring our adult children back and when we do this is going to be one of our tours.

Tony was very informed. Water and beer was offered. Air conditioning in vehicle. The tour itself was ideal to learn about the city and history.
Maybe a bit longer for shopping could be offered.

it was the worst tour, DO NOT GET THIS PACKAGE! The did not follow whatever isi in the package! No double decker! The tour guide Tony is lazy!

We apologize for the inconvenience, the double decker bus has been changed for air conditioning transportation due to multiple complains about the hot weather, the tour on the page it takes a while to be updated, that´s probably why you were expecpecting a big bus, once again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
Tony has been our guide for almost 18 years, and is the first time we get that he is lazy, we don´t understand exactly but we´ll make sure he get your comment.

Guides were average. Tour was just going up and down main roads with no real sights to see.
Two stops, first one felt like we were entering a lions den. Followed and hassled by sales assistants for the whole time...massively over inflated prices...£150 for a cheap looking bottle of tequila.
Second stop was slightly better but there was no museum...just a walk through to get to the shop. The tastings you had to seek out for yourself (both chocolate and tequila)
No mention of a Double Decker bus so feels like we were misled on that.. previous reviews mention it was broke over a year ago!!!! Sounds dodgy to me. Website needs to reflect what is delivered.
Waste of money totally, avoid it.

We´ll like to apologize for the inconvenience, the market type of shopping in Mexico it could be overwelming if you never done it before, that is why all tourist know that barganingn is the name of the game, that´s how you get much better prices, our guide probably didn´t mentioned.
The City Tour shows most of the highlights of cancun, keep in mind that we´re only 54 years of foundation, our tour is full of history, tales and interesting facts about the city, we´re sorry if there´s was a miscomunication on this matter.
We´ll male sure the tequila and chocalate factory are aware of our arrival to make sure you get the right service.
The information about the double decker bus has been updated on the web site, but same times it takes a while for the change.

Overall the tour was good. One of the goals of this tour was to take tourists to two very expensive markets. Didn’t appreciate that.

It was a fun tour. Sightseeing around Cancun. Some stores overcharge tourists just walk around and be firm. Cancun sign was crowded but went early to avoid it.

Guides were fine. Was expecting a bus from previous pictures and instead was a packed passenger van. Only had 2 stops of about 5 minutes each for pictures. The 2 shopping stops were basically to tourist traps. The first had really pushy people and the second had some uninterested people. I was expecting the tequila museum to be a museum and not a corner of the store where we were basically ignored upon entering. Shopping stops were about 30 minutes too long especially when we saw the same stuff on our own. Very disappointed overall and felt like a waste of money and time. Trip lasted only 3 hours.

Our tour guide and driver were fantastic however the tour itself was not what we were looking for. We did get to see nice resort properties on the beach. We were looking for an actual city tour of the people that reside there and tour of actual malls. We visited two of the same little strip malls selling the same merchandise. One more over priced than the other. Was nice to get off the resort but we would pass if we knew what we now know. Everyone have different expectations sadly this didn't fit our criteria.
