This was a great highlights tour of Budapest. Ben, our guide (aka ‘fleabag!) was awesome. Really knew his stuff, was entertaining and funny. The buildings were amazing and the cruise was a great way to finish the tour.

Better to do separate cruise and separate city tour

It was bus cum river cruise-the guide left us at a point after the bus trip at a point which was 2 kms away from the cruise site without clear instructions -the bus should have at least left us at the cruise site

Super disappointed!

We were disappointed with the way the tour was rushing. There was no time to click any pictures. We had spent so much money to come visit and we were given 4 mins that to at one spot to click pictures and move around. Rest all the places there was no time whatsoever. People come to these places once for experience and pictures become our memories. So very disappointing as we didn’t get to make any memories. We’ll never ever recommend this tour to any of our known families and friends which otherwise we always do as we are frequent travellers! Not at all worth the money we paid.

Great value tour. The guide was excellent as was her English. Very informative at each stop. Free time to wander round the castle (although it was only 20 mins) went to the viewpoint and took photos. Dropped off at the river for our cruise which included 2 drinks, one alcohol and a lemonade. Again an informative part of the trip with headphones for the audio. All in all a great 4 hours in which you get to see the main parts of Budapest.

This tour company gave us a tour guide, a french woman, who spoke medium english. It was suppose to be an english speaking tour. They combine groups, one english speaking and one spanish speaking tour. The guide went continuously from one language to the other without stopping. It was extremely difficult to follow. She would not stop for a bathroom break....

The vehicular part of the tour not so much. The guide was good, the vehicle was good but just do not like panoramic tours. The boat ride was very nice though, up and down the Danube seeing the beautiful sights of Budapest with wine in hand. All in all a nice tour, loved the boat. Thanks.

The City Tour and Danube Cruise was absolutely faultless. I called the afternoon before to check our pick up time. The taxi arrived as scheduled and took us from our hotel to the rendezvous point where our guide was waiting. The mini bus and walking elements of the tour were very well planned and proportioned. A nice touch was to give us half an hour free time at one point to either have a coffee or view the cathedral. Our guide, Gregory, spoke perfect English and was really knowledgeable. He was also friendly and easy to listen to. He escorted us to the correct boat and ensured we were booked in for the cruise. The cruise was a great opportunity to enjoy the city from a different angle, this was made more enjoyable by having great commentary via individual headphones. There was unfortunately no food service available however we did receive a complementary hot drink which was most welcome. We were out until well in to the afternoon and thought it was a great experience and excellent value for money.
