I had a tour guide called Flora! She was amazing! She went at our pace and was soo informative and knowledgeable. You can really tell it’s her passion. She answered any questions we had and also told us about other must go places within Budapest. I’ve been on a lot of tours around the world but this was one I’ve enjoyed the most thanks to her.

It was very negative
I was not able to use it
I purchased the tickets to enter Matyas church and it was only allow for a group
It is difficult to have sales online when the tickets to enter the church are next door
What might work is to credit or allow them to enter when they purchase this tickets

I have most likely misread/-understood the description of this tour, as it turned out to be a 2-hrs walking tour through this District - we did not enter any building ... due to all the construction work maybe!
Having said that, thanks to the guide -very informative, compassion and her sense of humor- the visit was very worthwhile and interesting. If one does this without a guide, one would miss out on all the background info.

Andrew was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. But he spoke very softly and usually while he was walking. So typically only one or two of us could hear what he said. If he would stop to talk and face the customers, it would be far more effective. Had he done that? It would have been 5 Star.

It was a good overview of the castle district, and the tour guide was very nice and helpful. I certainly can't complain about the price and value. However, it was quite crowded (others not on the tour) and I frequently had a hard time hearing her. She had a little amplifier speaker and I tried to stand on that side of her whenever possible or else I couldn't hear well. She was also sometimes hard to understand through the accent.

No había cómo encontrar al guía y no pude visitar el Castillo de Buda el desorden fue total.
Lo mismo me pasó con el tour al Parlamento de Budapest pero gracias a una señorita de informaciones me ayudó a encontrar a la guía que no tenía ninguna identificacion
