We loved our Segway tour today with Aron. He led us up to Castle Hill in Budapest, where we had breathtaking views of the city. It was thrilling to ride across two different bridges to get there, wind in our faces, watching the river flow fast beneath us. Aron’s tour was interesting and he was very kind and professional. We would highly recommend a tour with Aron and we will book with him again on our next visit.

Pour une visite guidée du quartier du château nous n’avons pas mis un pied dans ce quartier. Nous n’avons pas traversé le Danube nous avons juste longé le Danube jusqu’au Parlement. Pas de commentaires, bref visite ne correspondant pas du tout à ce qui était convenu. Ce n’est pas honnête. Si la visite n’était pas possible ce jour-là pourquoi ne pas nous avoir prévenu pour décaler ? C’est malhonnête !

Hi Magalie, sorry to hear about your experience. The 20th of August is a national day here in Hungary, a bunch of sites are closed in the city, so we tried to call you and text you MULTIPLE TIMES the days before to discuss the alternative route, and we did not get any response. This is the second time we are having problems with the french tour, people leaving without any complaint but leaving a one star review. Our decision is to remove all the french tours we have. Please stay at home next time with this attitude. Thank you.
