Standard cruise by the sights. Paid for unlimited drinks however the bar did not open for walk ups, only table service and they came up to the deck once. Would not recommend unlimited drinks unless you plan on not seeing the sites and chasing the server.

Good views at night along the river. Servers were great, but prosecco was not. Also very cold yet the windows were dirty for photos through them. There was a protected area on the upper open deck where we were able to get better photos. Enjoyed the cruise but would have liked better alcohol.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK! Unlimited drinks, don't make me laugh, 1 or 2 drinks in 1 hour if you're lucky, complete waste of money.

Overall this was fun, but the day before our cruise was shortened from 80 mins to 60 mins. We had paid extra for the unlimited drinks, but weren't served our first drink until 35 mins into the cruise, so we basically paid extra for nothing.

This is a must! Went to Budapest for my boyfriend’s birthday and booked this Prosecco cruise. It did not disappoint! My boyfriend drinks Prosecco but it’s not his favourite however it wasn’t just Prosecco on offer, there was a choice of wine, beers as well as soft drinks so plenty of choice included!
We were on the cruise for about an hour and half, went up and down the river and really saw some sights especially being on the 7pm cruise, highly recommend! Loads of space to sit either outside or inside. The staff constantly kept your drink topped up and were really friendly. Definitely recommend this experience and the 7pm one!

It was a shame that there were only about 14 people on the boat,but if was still really enjoyable. All the staff ferré really friendly,especially Zoltan who made sure we had enough drinks and chatted about places of interest on the tour

Nice to see Budapest at night and the staff were very good at bringing drinks quickly. There wasn’t enough tables for everyone to sit upstairs so make sure you get there early to get a good seat. Music was okay, but thought it would be more lively.

It’s exactly as advertised, no more no less. We were there in a rainy, cool day so the experience may not have been been the best it could have been, but the staff was efficient getting everyone’s drink orders. The sites from the water were great, even with the weather, so I would recommend just for that alone.

Siamo stati lasciati sul molo perché al nostro arrivo il personale aveva appena chiuso il cancello alla mia richiesta di farci entrare si è girato ignorandomi e chiudendo il portone della nave. Inoltre, al nostro arrivo stavano ancora entrando delle persone sulla nave. Sto cercando di contattare l’assistenza per poter riprogrammare il viaggio, dato che non vogliono farci il rimborso e c’è stata chiesta una quota aggiuntiva del 50% per riprogrammare la corsa inaccettabile personale pessimo e poco cordiale con le persone inaccettabile
Abbiamo speso 40 euro a testa per 4 persone per un trattamento del genere

J'ai pris le pass alcool illimité comprenant le prosecco et le vin. Nous avons donc commandé du vin, car c'était la seule option disponible sur notre carte. Malheureusement, il y a eu un manque de coordination parmi le personnel concernant les bracelets. Certains employés disaient qu'il fallait en avoir, d'autres non. Notre serveuse (qui ne parlait pas très bien anglais) n'était pas POUR les sans-bracelets (comme nous), donc elle a d'abord voulu nous faire payer nos verres, puis a opté pour nous servir 5 cl de vin dans de grands verres. Nous nous sommes légèrement sentis humiliés (bien sûr, je ne peux pas mettre la photo de nos verres sur ce site car c'est considéré comme "contenu sans rapport").
Pendant tout le trajet, nous avons été complètement ignorés, ce qui n'était pas du tout agréable. Quand je suis allée me plaindre, le gérant s'est excusé et nous a donné deux bouteilles de vin ouvertes pour les 20 minutes restantes de trajet, alors que j'avais simplement demandé un verre chacune. Cela a semblé être un vrai gâchis.
De plus, à l'arrivée du bateau, les serveuses nous ont fait sortir de manière très rapide et désagréable, sans aucune annonce pour nous indiquer le timing. En tout cas, cette expérience a été vraiment désagréable et je ne la recommande pas.

Équipe d’accueil souriante et efficace, Cocktails proposés bons et généreux. Très belles vues des monuments illuminés. Je regrette de n’avoir eu aucun commentaire quant aux monuments longés et d’avoir dû supporter les fumeurs du bout de ma table. Peut être proposer une zone fumeurs…
