Very nice experience. But U need to get on ealiernin order to get the best seats. If not, still pretty much room to stand on the deck to enjoy the view. Good experience to see the sunset and the night view

Arrive a bit early for good outdoor seating. The boat is not very large, therefore outdoor seating was limited. The captain or a crew member randomly asked if he could take our photo on our camera, so that was very kind. Staff was friendly. One issue we had with the recorded guided tour was not knowing to which side of the boat that a given landmark was on, if it wasn’t obvious.

Very nice boat tour. We did the 830pm, perfect timing. Boat not crowded. Great picture opportunities. The staff also assisted with taking photos. Highly recommend.

Meh. Sights were lovely, couldn’t hear a word of the tour though. Why take a tour if your going to talk through the entire thing? Beers were warm too. Waste if $$.

A 1 hour cruise in the river with 1 drink included that has an average boat that makes the trip in a time (8:00 pm) where the sunset is about to happen so there is much light in the sky and you can’t appreciate the lights in the different buildings and landmarks.

We didnt get to go on this cruise. The meeting place said beside the shoe monument and we were there 30 minutes early. No sign of the boat. It was meant to start at 10pm we got a call at 10:04 asking if we still planned to attend, to which i said yes we were waiting at the meeting point. The lady on the phone then said the meeting point was different tonight, but we had not been notified of a change to the meeting place and were waiting at the spot our ticket had told us to. We ran over to the new meeting point but got there just was the boat was pulling out. I tried to contact the tour operator but still havent received a reply on getting a refund for this tour. The tour itself is probably lovely, but I can only review my experience of not being able to go.

In general a good experience. Very friendly staff! But a few points to improve: - Reduce light: The light was still too brigt to look outside without a lot of reflection. Completely impossible to take pictures with camera due to refections - It was often not clear which building the audio guide was talking about

Pretty average mass market tour, nothing glamourous, which was expected for the price. Two drinks per person were included with a choice of soft drinks, beer or wine/sparkling wine. A tape was played in English that explained the sights along the river, which worked well. I overheard people who booked at the spot just before boarding and they paid less than we did through Viator.

A Great Cruise

The gentleman welcoming passengers was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Because the cruise was no where near full we were able to move around taking photos from both sides. The commentary was well presented. Only fault was a group of passengers who had a FaceTime phone call while others were listening to the commentary, not the cruise company’s fault, just rude people

It wasn’t expensive but I was a bit disappointed by the experience. We didn’t find the audio that great, it didn’t explain which building they were talking about, the audio was in English but a lot on board didn’t understand so we’re talking over it so we couldn’t hear that well, it was just ok.

We are sorry that the crew didn't find the right volume for you so by other people's loudness you couldn't hear it well! The good: Seeing the architecture on the banks of the Danube lit up at night. The not-so-good: The promised drinks tokens didn’t transpire - I had to request this at the bar. There were no safety instructions prior to setting off. The frankly ridiculous way that 3 boats were all tied together at the end, with all passengers squeezing their way out of one exit was very poorly handled.

Dear Adam! It is written on your online ticket that you need to check-in before the travel and our colleague will give you the drink tokens before the program. So you haven't checked in that's why you didn't get them. But our bartenders were kind and flexible and gave you your free drinks when you asked them! In Budapest we have the law that 3 ships can be tied to one pier. It is legal. Also it is a must to have visible safety instructions on every ship on the Danube. We have it too, in front of our Bar. Please next time ask somebody from the crew if you are searching for it! When we arrived yes, at the same time came back another big ship from their dinner cruise program, that's why we could just slowly leave the port. Sorry for the inconvience but on busy saturday nights it can happen!

Rude staff. We had 3 drinks tokens and after the first drink was servered staff disappeared downstairs. When we finally got the attention of a staff member we got attitude for asking for another drink. We left behind vouchers. Also the audio was no turned on until half way through the trip so therefore was out of sync. The boat was also incredibly hot. Not a great experience
