What a fantastic host. Extremely knowledgeable as well as adapted the tour to cater for our request/interest. Good restaurant recommendations too ! The bikes were extremely comfortable and we felt safe all along the roads

Unbelievable experience peddling around Budapest was surreal and what a fantastic time we had. Our guide was so knowledgeable about Budapest, we both learned so much from him that we would never have known without him, we ticked off every place that we wanted to visit in 2 and a half hours (even stoped for a pint) Budapest is the bomb 👍👏🍻

We loved our tour with Laszlo. He shared a wealth of information on Hungarian history interspersed with his own experiences growing up in Communist Hungary. He was both funny and contemplative and gave us perspectives and insight we didn't get from any of other activities in Budapest. And we loved getting to see so much of the city so quickly on bikes. Laszlo made this experience truly unique!

Great tour, our lead was very knowledgeable about the town and history. Only having booked standard bike we didn't visit Buda which was not made clear but did not prevent an enjoyable time.

Great tour. Basic bikes but in good condition. Tour guide was great, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Gave detailed overview at each stage of the Tour, keeping it to the point and interesting. Whole group, which was limited to a manageable size, seemed to enjoy the Tour. Cycling was on flat routes and not challenging. Meeting point was clear and easy to find and bikes kept local, so easy to collect. Would recommend.

We booked last minute and I’m glad we did. Very informative tour! My only complaint is we didn’t stop enough to take pictures, we passed some gorgeous buildings but I couldn’t get any pictures of them. Our guide was funny and told us a lot of information about Budapest and Hungary. We never would have known about the mini statues without this tour!

The tour guide Veronika (sorry if I spelled this wrong) was fabulous! There was just four in our group and despite some bicycle set backs 🙈 we had a great tour she told us all about the history of Hungary and the meaning of the buildings and statues etc….that we encountered! Would highly recommend in the early days if your stay to give a round up of all the local history and areas! Fantastic experience…..

Amazing Way to See this City with Countless Hidden Gems

We were surprisingly the only two people on our bike tour in English. Sam was our guide. He asked what we wanted to see and curated our day to our interests. We had mentioned we wanted to try some food and were curious about Ruin Bars. When we got to the Jewish Quarter, he took us into a food truck village where we tried Lángos and then took us next door to a charming Ruin Bar. He still showed us the highlights and we covered a lot of ground in one day. We also really liked the cute mini statues all over the city and thought they were “cute.” He liked that and also included other “cute” sites in the city. He then gave us a list of restaurants and shops to visit that will give us an authentic Hungarian experience. He was the BEST tour guide we have ever had and we take tours in every city we visit. 11/10 would recommend Sam. He made the entire experience.

Sam was very knowledgeable giving a little history/story at each stop. Sam was upfront saying this was one of his first group tours but was well informed and seemed like he had been doing it for ages. City was easy to navigate and it was a beautiful day for a bike ride. Ours was a small group of 6 which was the perfect size

Had a great time with our tour guide who was knowledgeable and personable. He shared personal anecdotes of living through communism and visiting the US, which provided so much more texture than just visiting key monuments and buildings. He also found ways to make the tour interactive, like sending us on a scavenger hunt in one city square.

This is an absolute not to miss activity. The entire bike ride was at a very comfortable pace with many stops to hear interesting facts and fun stories about this beautiful city. Our tour guide, Perrine, was charming and witty. She made sure for the entire tour, that all participants were comfortable and included. This tour is described as a 2 hour tour but you should allow 3 hours if you want the entire experience.
