I discovered many places that I have no idea without the guide because I haven't checked in advance what I have to visit.
Very good to understand him as he has Canadian accent.
What was really bad.. It s not a 3.30 hours tour, going to Buda side. Obly2. 30 only Pest side.
That is OK for this long walk. But I haven't plan no visit this same afternoon to visit Buda castle and I had to do bymesf
The guide told me that he's not in charge to write the announce. But I Don t think I m the first one to talk about this point.
The guide give good stories. And I prefere local stories even it s sad that only history talks because I can t remind them.
With stories about heritage, music man etc. That is better.

My friend and I are only in Budapest for one full day, so we wanted to see and learn as much as possible in this time. Robert did an amazing job taking us around Pest and giving us factual information along with some fun facts and great stories! He kept the group engaged and ensured everyone’s satisfaction. Despite poor weather, the tour was organized and clear. Overall great experience and would recommend for anyone looking to support local tourism!

Our guide Rob (10/01/2025) was very punctual, allready wainting us in front of Basilica Istvan around 10:40 with the RED UMBRELLA.
WE HAD A VIP TOUR 🙂 because instead of 100 participants where just around 18 persons.
He was very friendly and well knowing history regarding Hungary. All questions have been replied with great style by Robert.
PS: Pay attention for hystorical questions and on right answer you will get a small suprise/DOTS cake.

Such a great tour with Janet our tour guide. A very interesting and informative tour whilst being very friendly too. Janet was very warm and welcoming and gave us all a few hours we will never forget- made our first morning in Budapest such fun.

Robert was my tour guide, he was funny and knowledgeable and gave us lots of advice and link once the tour was finished regarding where to eat, transport, areas to go and other tours to book on. Had a great time. Our guide was informative and entertaining. The sights you visit are the must-sees of Budapest and the tour is relaxed and gives you the time to enjoy them. There aren't too many people in the group so you are able to hear everything and follow the guide without a problem. Overall had a very good time.

We lapped the building multiple times and did not see anyone with a red umbrella like stated in the information. Also I reached out via viator and did not receive a response.
