Excellent experience!!…
If I could give a 6 star I would.. Despite a downpour and strong winds that 2 pm, our tour guide Gabor did not hesitate to proceed and did not mind getting soaked!! Not only his willingness but to know that it’s just my wife and I who booked is quite impressive that did not alter the plan at all..
Gabor is well versed not only in European History but his knowledge extends beyond Europe.. We visited the sites as advertised and discussed with us everything he knew.. even in the subway and tram.. he brought us to the Strudel restaurant and we tried the Poppy seed Strudel which is superb..
Our tour lasted close to 6 pm and he brought us back to our Hotel..
I would not hesitate to recommend Gabor to everyone, he does tour also with Viking Cruises..
I will use him again when we return to Budapest with the rest of the family hopefully next year..
