Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be holding a green Walks sign. This tour meets at Avinguda de Gaudí, 2, 08025 Barcelona, Spain. Meet in front of a large ornate lamp post in the middle of the small pedestrian avenue between KFC and Burger King.

- Most travelers can participate
- All guests (including children) must bring ID on the day of their tour. This is especially important when booking reduced tickets (such as child tickets 2-10 years old) as Sagrada Familia often asks for ID as proof of age.
- Due to the religious nature of Sagrada Familia, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc.) to put on just before entering. Walks cannot be held responsible for those denied entry.
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- We are able to accommodate guests with mobility impairment or wheelchairs, please make sure to email Walks Guest Experience team at the time of booking.
- All guests need to book a ticket to enter Sagrada Familia (including infants). Please make sure to add a free infant ticket at the checkout if needed.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 22 travelers

I really enjoyed this tour even though I have been to Sagrada Familia before. Our tour guide was great about explaining the differences in the ten years since I have been there. He gave us an excellent overview of Gaudi, including other information about the city. I think his name might have been Albertino? He was excellent and I think to visit Barcelona and NOT pay the money to enter the Cathedral is a mistake if you can afford to go in - it's an amazing space. I also enjoyed the museum attached to Sagrada Familia.

As Sagrada Familia tickets are secured in advance and are strictly timed and non-refundable once purchased, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds or last-minute replacements when a guest is unable to attend. We do offer refunds upto 24 hours in advance.
That said, we truly want you to have the experience you booked. We’d be happy to explore rescheduling your tour for another available date so you don’t miss out. Please reach out to our Guest Experience team directly with your booking details and we’ll gladly look into the options for you.

A smoothly-run skip-the-line tour, as long as you get there a few minutes early. Informative and an amazing sight to see. The tour guide was energetic. Only complaint is it was hard to hear in the headphones at times.

Great architecture however the tour itself was too short in my opinion. Tour guide was great and knowledgeable but felt like tour itself should be longer for the price charged.

finding the guide was choas. the instructions on voucher send you to address that is incorrect to redeem your voucher. Several people were also very confused

We took a taxi and left with plenty of time to arrive 15 minutes early. The driver was slow and we arrived 3 minutes past 2:15 and the group had left. Viator didn’t do anything to help when calling and gave us the runaround calling other people. They also said that they would not give us a refund nor would put us on another later tour.

Must see when in Barcelona. Recommend doing evening when sun is setting. Our tour guide Maria was amazing and the rooftop bar with cava vantage point was amazing! The entire tour from start to finish is a must do when in Barca.

Simply one of the best tours I have ever been on. It started with a beautiful view of La Sagrada from a rooftop, and just continued to get better from there. Our tour guide, Jaimie, was from the area and had the most amazing backstory to what we were seeing. When we were inside, Jaimie described much of what we were seeing, the spacing, the lights, the wonder all with great passion. His enthusiasm was infectious. We really lucked out first with this experience and next with getting Jaou/ Jaimie as our guide.

Pay attention to local holidays as the crowds can be overwhelming. We were there a day in advance of Palm Sunday and during a local festival meaning the usually popular destination was even more crowded
