We had a 5:30 PM tour and that was a lovely time to see so many reflections inside Sagrada Família. It is an incredible structure, but where we lucked out was being in a tour with Arneta as our guide. Her passion and knowledge was wonderful. Funny, clever, engaging and informative. Also not having to wait in line to enter was worth it. My husband said this was his favorite tour we have ever been on.

Could improve the preamble on the meeting site prior to the tour, instructions very ambiguous and confusing. Maybe add a diagram and photo.

Staff and tour guide were great. Probably not their fault but this tour focused way too much on models and showing us videos and photographs. Very frustrating to be on site at Sagrada Família and be shown images, videos and models that are common if you’ve done even a little research. I’d say at least 1/4th of our time was looking at pictures and models. I would like to have spent much more time seeing and experiencing the actual spaces and features. With about 10 minutes left, we couldn’t take it anymore and just started exploring ourselves. This may be because of tour guide regulations in Spain, I don’t know.

Our tour guide Louis? (not sure about his first name now, but he is Asian/Korean) was very knowledgeable, and he gave an in-depth information on the history and symbolism inside and outside of the Familia Sagrada. It was a very educational and informative tour. My only suggestion is that the meeting point was not very conducive for seniors. The tour guide should have met us at the Placa de Gaudi where there are benches and it is easy to find from the taxi ride. Having to decipher the exact location (i.e. where there is a pond) was confusing, and we had to decipher the exact location of the meeting point. It would have been easier if the tour guide just met us at the Placa de Gaudi, and then he could guide us to the park where the pond it and into the entrance...

Olga was our tour guide. She made our Sagrada Familia experience 10 times better than exploring on our own. This is a must see stop when in Barcelona no matter the price. When signing up for a tour for UP TO 12 people, please do not change the number of people to 15 to make accommodations for a large group. They would have been better off doing their own private tour. Tour guide was great and very knowledgeable.

The tour guide was funny and very knowledgeable. The cathedral itself is quite beautiful and majestic.
The tour was billed as an hour and a half but lasted no more than an hour which included several stops for photos and areas we were encouraged to visit on our own. I was expecting more than what was delivered.
