You can do it directly on your reservation or you can inform us by phone or by mail, indicating your booking reference. •For travelers staying in the Gothic Quarter (Old Town Area), please note that we may be unable to pick you up directly from certain hotels due to narrow streets or construction zones. If our driver cannot access the street where your hotel is located, we will arrange a nearby meeting point for your convenience. •The hotels or apartments have to be located in the city of Barcelona. •If the hotel or apartment is located outside of Barcelona city, we will send to you a meeting point. •If you are arriving on a cruise, you will be picked up 30 minutes earlier since the port is quite far from the monuments. We will provide you with a designated meeting point at the port. •We do not offer pickups from the the airport. We will provide you with a convenient meeting point in the city.

Our tour guude was excellent with a lot of knowledge and passion. On the other hand Viator's web site is very misleading - they said on their site. Meet and drop off same point. Then when we arrived they denied it. Very misleading and Viator rep not very customer oriented. Viator gets 1/2 *

Very good tour with a great guide but it was on the expensive side. Transportation only to site not home as advertised and had to we had to wait for the guide who was bringing a different group with him. Guide called taxi for us and it wasn’t in a nice van as advertised. Guide knowledgeable about Sagrada and spoke good English and was nice.

Your voucher clearly stated:
1-Return transfer to your hotel was not included*.
2-For a group of 4 people, a van is not necessary. Also, the voucher does not state that a van will be provided. It all depends on the size of the group.

Carla is a well-educated guide with extensive knowledge about both Park Guell and Sagrada Familia. She pointed out many interesting aspects and design choices that a casual visitor would have missed. Her connection of the construction phases with events of that time period and development of Barcelona helped us understand the context of the projects. The time of day that she took us in to Sagrada Familia provided magical light. Her English skill and adjustment of pace to our group gave us a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this tour.

Our guide Jorge was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and informative. Jorge pointed out so many interesting things and gave us some much history. He showed us some of the best spots to get the perfect photos. He also took photos of us. It was a perfect day!

Beautiful Cathedral, knowledgeable guide Jorge but deeply disappointed that we had no time in the Gift Shop because Jorge had to meet another group waiting at KFC and added them to our group. We also had to walk instead of being picked up at our hotel.

Just wanted to clarify that there were no issues with your tour. Your hotel was only two blocks away from the Sagrada Familia, (3 minutes walking from your hotel) and we also mentioned that the visit to the souvenir shop would be at the end of the tour, not during. So everything went as planned on the tour.

We had Jorge as our tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and kind and thoughtful. Initially there was a problem getting down the street to pick us up at the hotel. The inside of Sagrada Familia was amazing. The colors are spectacular! Starting at the top of the hill at Parc Güell and winding your way down was the way to go. Beautiful architecture and mosaic tiles. Highly recommend both sites.

Jorge was a terrific guide. His love for sharing information with his guests is obvious in his delivery, his interesting insights and his careful attention to details. He is thoughtful (in particular, getting guests into the best areas to see the sights, pointing out where to get a cab, taking photos of us on our phones) and well spoken (impeccable English). This tour ranks right up there with the best tours we have ever taken. I can’t recommend him and this tour enough. There were 8 of us on the tour and this was just the right size group.
