He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, sharing clear and interesting explanations about Barcelona, Montserrat and the monastery’s history throughout the journey and during the visit. Alejandro organized everything perfectly, from the hotel pick‑up and comfortable drive to the key viewpoints and the basilica, so we could relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics or tickets. What I appreciated most was how he adapted the pace of the tour to our family, giving us enough time for photos, questions and short breaks while still keeping the schedule on track. His recommendations for the best spots and optional activities at Montserrat were very helpful, and you could see he genuinely enjoys what he does. Overall, it was a great way to discover Montserrat, and I would definitely recommend Alejandro as a tour guide to anyone visiting Barcelona and looking for a well‑organized, informative and enjoyable day trip. Also, don’t miss taking the railway up to the top of Montserrat – the views are spectacular and really worth it.

We were picked up by a fantastic driver who navigated these busy streets expertly. Then we had Jorge, our tour guide, who was absolutely amazing! He gave us so much information about this beautiful place. Jorge did such a great job not losing track of us in the sea of people! Extra bonus- he took wonderful pictures of us so that we didn’t have to do selfies. I’m really glad we chose a small group- it was so personalized with no waiting in lines. 100% worth the price!

This was money well spent! We got to see so much of the city and we had several stops for photos and to soak in the beauty of the Sagrada Família and several other notable buildings. Our guide Pau was very knowledgeable and worked hard to take care of his customers. I was not sure what the actual Montserrat site would be like - it was a number of trails and buildings and monuments with spectacular views. Pau did a great job of working us through the history and importance of each piece. He also arranged for us to hear the boys choir sing from the atrium even though we did not have a ticket to go inside. He did a great job.

Excellent first day of trip tour. Alessandro is very knowledgeable and gave us a bunch of information and other ideas for our weeklong Barcelona vacation.
