🦉✨In Athens, I joined the Still Life Painting Workshop with Stathis Petropoulos — a welcome break from ruins and crowds. My subject? A stone owl perched on a column, staring straight through me with that timeless, all-knowing gaze. There’s nothing quite like trying to mix the perfect shade of gray while being silently judged by 2,000 years of wisdom carved in clay. 😂 A unique way to experience the city: less souvenir, more paint splatter — and an owl that definitely won the staring contest.
