Your contractor scammed us. Info said that tickets would not be provided until 24 hrs before event, which i was uncomfortable with. We arrived at Acropolis ticket booth at allotted time. No tickets. I showed them all the correspondence your people had sent. They said there was nothing there that could be considered tickets. We eventually had to make other arrangements. We were scammed. Hopefully Viator will not tolerate contractors scamming customers and will refund what we paid. Thanks Jack Nance

Crowds but go early and it is magnificent! Getting tickets so easy! Viator does s great job!!! The only thing wrong is thus survey which requires you to write alot

Acropolis, Absolutley fascinating!
Viator were brilliant as I was having trouble opening up my tickets and flowing a few email exchanges they what's apped them over ro me.. so helpful. I cannot thank them enough!
The self guided tour was also brilliant and so easy to follow,
I will be booking with.this company in future!

Not enough information about where when and how to use. We arrived just 3 minutes late due to our bus being late at the Acropolis and was turned away. Not really worth the money when we could just do this ourselves with less hassle.

We were very happy to have the tickets for early entrance to the Acropolis. Unfortunately, all of us had downloaded the program for the Acropolis and several did not work. I started sharing with my husband wireless headphones, and then his program stopped working for him . Very disappointing. Good thing I had Rick Steves as a back up.

I booked this package for our one-day cruise stop in Athens. It was far too ambitious to think we would do all of it and in reality we only did the Acropolis meaning the package was a complete waste.
What was worse is that we didn’t realize we had to arrive at the Acropolis at the scheduled time. We were one hour late and therefore the tickets were invalid and we needed to repurchase entrance tickets for a later time ($100).
So basically, for >$300 for this package for 4 of us we didn’t use any of the tickets. The Viator customer service team was also not helpful in providing any kind of reimbursement or refund for this wasted package.

Acropolis was brilliant, but dont walk whilst listening to the tour as it stops and moves onto the next stop. It has a written account as well so I was able to go back and read the bits I missed. We didnt get the chance to do all stops because some were closed due to strikes. A map would be handy to see where each site is and a map of the inside of each site as I feel I missed bits. Otherwise happy with this.

Had a great time visiting the sites. Most of them were crowded but still had a very nice time. Acropolis had long lines but we had pre purchase tickets so made it little easier.

We were disappointed to find that when we got to the Acropolis the tickets we received were for an hour later than what we had purchased, which when it's that hot out really makes a difference. Also it was difficult to find the tickets. They said they would be emailed, but they did not land in my email. Instead you need to go to the viator app and when I went to send a message to the vendor I saw the tickets there. This was not clearly explained and led to a bit of stress.

Very useful ticket, very easy to use - it looks like most people accessing the sites had the same one. You receive the actual ticket 24 hours before your booking, so you may have already traveled to Athens by the time you get them. The sites are all incredibly interesting - the Acropolis and the Agora especially.

The best day we’ve had yet outside of Athens! The crew was amazing. Very informative and attentive. The lunch was very good and drinks were even better! We only got a little over an hour on each island but the crew told us the best things to do to make the most of our time. Hassan was personally our favorite! We would do it again if we had more time!

This is an excellent way to save money and time. We avoided the queues at the entrance of all sights. It would have been helpful though to receive the tickets on the first instance - instead of vouchers that needed to be redeemed. The Viator operators were always prompt with answering our calls and queries all the time. The audio guided tour app worked well - though the narration could be improved as the information could be confussing many times.

The voucher with actual tickets was not sent. I called Clio Muse and they had no record of our confirmation number. Fortunately, we found a tour guide on site and she was excellent.
Viator fouled up this reservation and the least I expect is a refund.

Combo Ticket: Acropolis and 6 Sites with English Self Audio Guide was ok. The only thing you skipped was the ticket line. There was no actual skip the line entrance. The price of this 6 site’s ticket might be good if you have enough time to visit all of them. The Acropolis and Parthenon was fantastic to see.

This could not have been easier to use. The tickets were sent directly to my email (no voucher exchange necessary), and the customer service team was very responsive. The time slot you are asked to select while buying is for the acropolis. Although the date can't be changed at the time of purchasing, customer service was able to change my date and re-issue the tickets since I planned on visiting after the first day of use. The audio guides made the visits much more impactful and were easy to use. I found I had to start the tour when I had internet access and then continue at the site. You are not able to enter the code to start when you don't have internet access, even after you download it.

I have booked numerous tours/excursions through Viator for our trip to Europe, so far all of them have went without a hitch, but this one is a cluster! The tickets we booked were for visits to 7 archeological sites OVER 5 consecutive days
After queuing for 20 minutes under the hot sun to get entry to Acropolis, we were refused entry.
We were told our tickets have expired. We booked tickets to commence on 20 September 2023 as that would be the day we arrived into Athens and as we did not receive electronic tickets via email 24 hours before dart of travel we did not notice that electronic ticket indicated expiry date as 20 September mins you ticket was over 5 days.
After much argument with attendant at entrance we were told to go to ticket office to see if problem could be rectified- another queue we thought we had issue resolved at ticket office as we understood it. All good to go just go back to entrance.
Another queue for 30 minutes we went the the same problem this time we were told we had to visit Acropolis firsts for tickets to work and as we had visited the Agora the day before tickets no later valid.
There is nowhere on website when we booked ticket to say that Acropolis has to be first.
Neither was there an option to select a suitable time window to visit Acropolis
It simply said tickets will be email 24 hours prior
This has been very frustrating and a waste of a day for us and stressful
Viator could do better and we request a refund

The Viator Team were great. But with the changing of all the systems for the Acropolis it did not work out on the day. We got our pass but it had the incorrect code on it so had to line up for 3 hours with everyone else in the same boat. We then didn't get entry to all the sites due to system not working and the skip the line didn't work. Viator did what they could which we appreciate. Thank you.

We decided instead of the usual guided tour, to hire a private driver. What a great day this turned out to be. He paced it so we were not rushed, and when we arrived, just scanned our tickets and in we went!

Terrible waste of money!! No need to skip the line, there were no lines and it’s the middle of July! What a scam you can buy all seven at the ticket booth at the bottom of the acropolis for $30Euro.

We got a refund for this trip because we did not receive the tickets from the local tour operator. We have loved our Viator tours, but this one requires not a voucher from them, but a special ticket from a local tour operator. Unfortunately, that local ticket did not arrive and we had to purchase new tickets on the spot in cash at the Acropolis. Thank you to Viator for refunding our money but make sure you carry cash just in case you don’t have the right documentation. Also, make sure you go to the ticket booth before you get in the main entrance line.

Great way to see key attractions around Athens. Acropolis in the morning is very hectic and EVERYONE has the skip the line pass so didn't really save any time. I recommend going up later in the afternoon evening after the morning rush. We loved all of the sights. No issues getting in with the digital tickets.
