Great tour and the E Bike is a great way to see Athens. Stephanie, our biking guide was amazing, she made sure to engage with everyone and she is great at explaining to many quirks of Athens.
Sopha was a great guide as well and is so animated in telling the history of the Acropolis and The Parthenon. I really enjoyed this tour. I would recommend a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen as the heat can be strong. If you like cold water, like me, I’d also recommend bringing a refillable Yeti with lots of ice and water….water is needed!

Great experience for our first time visiting Athens, Greece!!! Demos, our guide, was fun, informative, and ensured all were safe and having a good time, giving breaks during tour. He was amazing, explaining local history and customs, giving restaurant recommendations and even taking photos of each group! The other staff were nice, polite and helpful. Bikes were good, having good power riding uphill on some parts of the tour. Note, if you add the Acropolis entry option, we dropped bikes off at shop then walked 3-5 min to Acropolis entrance. The uphill hike to Parthenon was a little challenging but doable in late summer heat (high 80's to low 90's), with our guide finding shade to give historical info, be careful walking on rocks as it can be slippery, good shoes are recommended, but noticed some were wearing sandals (few of them stopped, placing bandaids on blisters). Overall it was a great experience, and our guide, Demos, was awesome! Would suggest wearing a hat, sunscreen, small bag to hold water, or camelbak reservoir.

Two great activities in one!
Stephanie was amazing on the bicycles and it wasn’t too difficult for either the kids or their 50 year-old parents. Wonderful way to see Athens.
Anna was a fabulous tour guide at the Acropolis. Her story telling and knowledge kept it fun for our whole group. She knew how to pace things making the hike up on the hot day manageable while bringing the history of the areas to life.
Would recommend this tour (really pair of tours) 100%.

Five stars! The bikes were in great condition and made it much easier to handle the hills around Athens. Demos was personable, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about history. He kept the group together, timed our ride perfectly to catch the changing of the guards at the Presidential Mansion, and then led us on an engaging tour up to the Acropolis. His storytelling made the ancient sites come alive, and he even took great photos for us at the best spots. Highly recommend this tour—and Demos as your guide!

Due to problems with the cruise port our boat got in later than planned so we weren’t able to do the bike part of the tour. But we were still able to do the tour of the Acropolis and it was incredible! Our tour guide Demos was seriously the best tour guide we’ve ever had and we have done many tours through Viator. He was so knowledgeable and made it so fun and enjoyable! He was passionate about everything he shared and felt like a friend at the end of the tour. He gave us a great recommendation for some Greek food that we absolutely loved! Terrific experience with this tour group!

We had a great time exploring Athens city highlights during our first ever visit to Greece !!! Our tour guide, Dimitris, was very entertaining and very knowledgeable of the city! Was never a dull moment with his guidance! What better way than to bike thru-out the city! Easier, faster, more to see ! Bikes were very maintained, safe- was never pressured with time nor speed. Total relaxation and soaked up new knowledge of Athens! Would definitely recommend this tour and would be the best experience if Dimitris was your tour guide! Should def make a request for him!

This is a two-part tour with two guides. First off, we started w the bike tour. We loved the tour w Marios our guide. It was our first day in Athens and a perfect primer/orientation to the city. Marios is super knowledgeable of the city (native of Athens + perfect English). I was impressed by how Marios mastered everyone’s names in the group and his attention to all, even the least athletic/slowest of the bunch. BTW, the e-bikes were well-maintained and accommodated all fitness levels. Marios also followed up with an email of a fantastic list of recommended things to do/places to go in Athens. This was a nice touch. Highly recommended.
The second part of the tour was the Acropolis with our guide Demos. Be prepared to walk from the bike shop to the top of the Acropolis (you do not go up there on the e-bike). Demos is a licensed professional guide who did his graduate work in Greek history. His knowledge was extensive and he showed great pride in the contributions of the ancient Greeks to western civilization. He’s also a very good photographer (see attached pic).
Overall, this is a solid combo tour that I would highly recommend doing early in your Athens visit. Marios and Demos are top-notch guides who took just seeing the sites to a higher level.

I had such an amazing time with Athens by Bike!
It was my first time in Athens, so I did both the Electric Bike Tour and the Acropolis and Parthenon tour. I think these tours were a fantastic way to get a sense of the city and hear great recommendations from locals. My guide for the bike tour, Dimitris, was fantastic! He was really funny, personable, and made sure that everyone felt safe. He even took pictures for people on the tour and helped me appreciate Athens even more! You can really tell he loves his job, and that made for a much better overall experience. He also sent us recommendations and a map of the places we saw afterwards. I highly recommend riding with Dimitris!
For the second part of my tour, I had a private guide, Demos, who was also amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the Acropolis, and his perfect comedic timing made the experience so much more enjoyable. His storytelling really brought the history to life. Demos was so kind, answered all of my questions, and remained enthusiastic throughout the tour. He was patient, engaging, and interactive. You can tell he truly cares about sharing the history and culture of the Acropolis. Hopefully, you're as lucky as I was and get Demos as your guide!

First, the bike tour was carried out - you go to some viewpoints and corners that you might not otherwise know or consider as a tourist on foot, including routes that are not so dangerous in the center of the city - but you get interesting information and perfect photos there.
After the bike tour, we climbed the Acropolis on foot and were able to make our way back on our own.
