Such a great canal cruise. The guides/captain were very friendly and informative and kept everyone engaged, even had an unplanned detour in response to somebody’s questions. Definitely the highlight of my Amsterdam trip and worth every penny. Must do if in Amsterdam. A lot less crowded than many of the other boats & 100x better than all the covered boats (weather was great too so open top was lovely). Also a small enough boat to go down some of the smaller canals, that a lot of the big tours cannot access. Would recommend to anybody visiting Amsterdam as I think you get way more for your money than any other boat trip. Thanks for a lovely evening!

Received an email that time and location were changed and asking me to get in touch if the new arrangement didn’t work. I did, because it didn’t. Asked for a refund and received no response.

Dear Kristin, We are sorry to hear that you were not able to join our cruise last Saturday. I have researched your booking and see that your booking has changed two days before your departure. Only the location changed, the departure time was the same. It is unfortunate you were not able to make the cruise. We did not receive any information from you that you were not able to join the cruise. Also I could not find any request for a refund. Could you please resend us your messages to our e-mail? Tour guide showed up 15 minutes late. Very cramped small bus. Places we visited were just tourist traps. Told to find our own way back to the bus. Very confusing. Then back in Amsterdam the driver put us off a 30 minute walk from where we started with no direction provided. Tour guide was pleasant.

Lovely day on the canals

Staff was accommodating letting us postpone our trip a day in hope of nicer weather even though it was starting time. Jenz and Nico were our crew the next day. They were friendly, knowledgeable, safely navigated us through the canals, and beer and wine made the event festive. A great perspective of Amsterdam from the canals.

Very happy with the canal cruise, the staff was friendly. They had drinks and blankets as it was a little chilly. Left on time and got back on time. Boat wasn’t as cute as some of the other boats that’s the only reason I said it wasn’t 5 stars. But value for price paid was good.
