Onduidelijke start - eindtijd was bij de gids en de deelnemers verschillend. - tour was overboekt, zes mensen konden niet mee. - ik werd gebeld met 'waar ik bleef, de bus wacht op je' terwijl ik al in de bus zat! - later ging her gelukkig allemaal wel goed.
