The BEST pizza making class
What a wonderful experience. We had Chef Lorenzo for pizza and tiramisu making class. I was a little skeptical when booking, but it ended up being the BEST decision. We enjoyed learning how to make proper neapolitan dough. Lorenzo answered all our questions and showed us proper techniques. We got to try limoncello and had a glass of wine with the pizza we made. Loved every minute of it!

Great day trip making pasta and gelato!
A phenomenal experience at a lovely location, and our hosts Coco, Luca and Stefania were incredible. The entire staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful and friendly as well. We laughed a ton, had a blast making pasta and gelato and would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Florence, who are looking for an afternoon getaway in Tuscany.

Barbara and Martha were...
Barbara and Martha were both fantastic, passionate and engaging. The tiramisu making process was explained precisely as was the making of the pasta. A great and rewarding experience with the ability to share the experience with other travellers. A must do in Venice!

Fun pasta making class
This class was so much fun! Our instructor Gianmarco was a wonderful instructor and led a fun class. We enjoyed making 3 types of pasta and at the end eating of the class we had a delicious meal. The set up in the room was great and we also enjoyed meeting other travelers in the class. This class exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it!

Italian food is arguably one of the most beloved cuisines in the world, so Italy is proud (and protective) of its culinary culture. Italy cooking classes let you connect with diverse regional cuisines that range from the Alpine specialties of the north to Mediterranean crowd-pleasers in the south. Tie on an apron, roll up your sleeves, and go hands-on to learn how to prepare authentic risotto in Milan, pici pasta in Tuscany, pizza in Naples, couscous in Sicily, and much more—washing down each triumph in the kitchen with perfectly paired local wine.
