Too crowded, not enough busses. The wrong stops were listed, we waited to hear back about where to meet for over 80 minutes. It was a fiasco. Get a different tour.

They only have two buses and one is very old. They also cancel one of My day trip so I wasn’t able to complete my total hours purchase.

Huge disappointment

It seems the company is constantly "down a driver." So instead of running every 30 minutes (as advertised) the buses run about every 75 - 90 minutes. We were waiting for the bus for over an hour. And by then, the line for the bus was atrocious. The ticketing machine was broken, so the agents had to spend an extra 20 minutes ticketing individuals already on the bus. Since there was such a long wait between busses, there was no opportunity to "hop off" or risk being stranded for over an hour. Poorly run. Overly crowded. Huge disappointment, as I have had such as pleasant experiences with other Hop On Hop Off tours in other cities.

Needed two days

The hop on hop off bus took a long time to make the loop on the map. Their schedule was 10-4. It need to run longer so we could have enjoyed more stops. Oh and our bus broke down causing us to lose about an hour or so. 😞

Long wait

It took an hour wait to catch our first bus! The other guests were complaining as well. Normally the buses come very frequently.
