Be ready to get picked up at your hotel for your 4-hour adventure through the Emerald City. Depending on the group size of your tour, you might have a 14-24 passenger mini bus pick you up. Group numbers range from four to 24 people.

Had a great time on this tour. A little late at pickup, but the bus driver, Joe, more than made up for it and the tour was fully completed. He was a good driver, a real comedian, and very informative. Enjoyed the different stops, exactly what we were looking for during our 1 day in Seattle. Got a good overview of the various attractions, with enough time at almost every place we went. I wish we had been able to get out of the mini-bus at the Fremont Troll, instead of just doing a driveby, (that was stated in the tour description), but it was easy to see why it wasn’t possible with the traffic and parking situation. I would recommend this tour for anyone with limited time in the city, or wanting a good overview.

Our tour guide, Joe, was a hoot from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about every stop we hit with jokes in between. He was patient with allowing us the right amount of time at each stop to take photos/videos. The tour itself was worth every penny spent and we both were extremely happy with the last minute decision to pulled the trigger on this tour.
The only thing I would suggest is to be aware that this tour may be much longer than 4 hours due to the amount of people who sign up. Ours was fully booked. Take into consideration that everyone needs to be picked up and dropped back off at their location which takes time. Our day started at 9 and ended at 5:30 which was NOT a problem for us.
Joe went the extra mile for some. Thanks again Joe for making our experience here in Seattle one to always remember.

Joe was witty and knowledgeable. He made the tour great. It was just long enough. There are loads of opportunities to take photos. My husband and I cannot walk great distances, the walking part of the tour was just fine.

This was a good tour of the highlights of Seattle. Our tour guide Joe had bottled waters for us and was very interesting funny and friendly. I appreciated we had more time at Pikes Place Market. It was an hour versus the Viator description of 20 minutes. My only warning on this tour is because we were staying out by the airport they picked us up first. Viator said the tour was 10-2. It ended up being. 8:45 to 3:45. 7 hours. This was fine for our group because we didn’t have anything else to do that day per se. But for others it could be problematic. Also, everything Viator sent me said we would be picked up at 9:25. But that is when they picked up the people at the hotels downtown. I received a text message from the actual tour company that provides the tours at 8:15am they would be picking us up at 8:45.. Fortunately it was okay because our group was ready but I would have preferred to know the day before, the pickup time would be 8:45 am and not 9:25. I did receive a Viator email that the tour company would be emailing confirmation and exact times for pick up etc but I never received an email…. only a text notification the morning of the tour. It was well worth the $ and our group really enjoyed the tour! Only complaint was Viator isn’t correct about specific details of the tour you need to get that info from the actual company doing the tour which was Customized Tours.

Joe was a great guide. Lots of cool and obscure knowledge as well as some personal stories that brought the various locations to life. It was a great way to see all of Seattle and then figure out what we wanted to visit in more depth. There were some parts of the tour, like Queen Ann's Hill, that we didn't anticipate loving so much. We had a wonderful time! We saw everything we wanted to see and a lot more besides that. Joe was a great tour guide. I feel like we learned much about Seattle history and saw many sights and neighborhoods. Joe was full of information and interesting stories regarding everything we saw.
Pick up was easy and on time, and all of the stops were easy on and off too. We were dropped off right back at our hotel. Scheduling was easy. Joe texted us regarding ETA the morning of the tour, and was there when he said he would be.
I highly recommend this tour for people new to Seattle for a good overview to the city. I am also sure that people who have been to Seattle many times might learn a thing or two also.
I even found a book about the Panama hotel in the airport after learning about it on the tour. Its called On the Corner of Bitter and Sweet.

Everything was seamless from start to finish. Pickup was easy and right on time, each stop was convenient to explore, and we were dropped off directly back at our hotel. Scheduling was simple, and Joe even texted us his ETA the morning of the tour and arrived exactly when he said he would.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone new to Seattle who wants a comprehensive and engaging overview of the city. Even those who have visited before are sure to learn something new.
One highlight for me was learning about the historic Panama Hotel. I was so intrigued that I found the novel On the Corner of Bitter and Sweet at the airport afterward and picked it up!
