- You must have someone in your party be minimum 21 years old and have a valid drivers license to drive the Raptor
- Drivers license must be shown at check in for verification.
- Passengers must be 5 years and older. Children under the age of 5 will not be allowed on this tour.
- Must provide first & last name, email address, and phone number for contact tracing
- Required check in 45- minutes prior to tour time selected at the Kualoa Ranch Ticket Office
- Photo ID matching the name on the reservation will need to be shown at check in
- When booking online ONE vehicle is held for your reservation (2 guests minimum required/6 guests maximum per Raptor vehicle)
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers

We arrived early for a fun filled day of a beautifull drive in our utv thru the private nature reserve and saw alot of amazing veiws and wooded jungle areas of the preserve. Would highly recommend this activity to anyone who loves nature to go and see when they visit the Island of Oahu. It was definitely worth the cost and the Tour guides were very informative and made the day fun with their sense of humor and knowledge and friendliness.

We went on the ATV tours. Our tour guides were the best so friendly and knowledgeable of the land. Of course they made it a lot of fun besides driving the ATVs. Johnny is a standout. Tour guide would definitely recommend going and we would like to go there again tons of things to see our grandkids had a blast.

Its such a shame I have done a few tours with this company but now I realize that they are just focused on money and not the actual guest. I understand that there is no refund however I think this company should be respectful of family emergencies and make an exception. One out of the five guests I had bought tickets for wasnt able to attend due to a family emergency l. She even missed the trip and had to stay in California. I had contacted both the ranch and viator to let them know in advance of the circumstances. Now mind you I am only asking for a refund of one out of five tickets which is a little over $180. I went to the excursion letting them know what happened. They said I have to contact viator and have them submitted, I again contacted viator about it and they said the ranch denied my request. Its very disappointing that this company only cares about the money and isn't willing to make an exception for emergencies. Life happens and sometimes things are unavoidable but this company doesn't care.

The experience was great except there’s a whole lot of land to see and I wish it had a bit more of the Jurassic park feel and the toot guides narrating along with playing some Jurassic park theme music. It’s totally worth it however if it had these few perks it would be even more enjoyable

This was a great experience. The tour staff were funny and made the vibe a memorable time. I'm glad we didn't get as dirty as I expected especially from the rain a day after Hurricane Lala. The souvenir shop has a great variety to choose from. The fact that they have a food area was also a pro since they demand you arrive so early. Which leads me to the cons. They don't tell you until AFTER you purchase tickets that you have to arrive 45 minutes early. That defeats the purpose of setting the time as we had other attractions booked. To demand you arrive 45 min early or forfeit the entire event is highly unreasonable. Also, when you book the UTVs you don't have the option to select 2 vehicles for 4 people. I paid for 4 people and wanted 2 UTVs. When I arrived they did not have any extra UTV's to accommodate. They said I should have booked two separate transactions. Again, their site needs more clarification.

Absolutely breathtaking experience from start to finish. I don’t consider many experiences once in a lifetime but I would put this right in that category. Jarren and Mike D were fantastic guides that gave fantastic historical and cultural insight to the different areas of the ranch making the experience that much more meaningful. Would recommend this as money well spent to anyone

This is an unforgettable tour. There are so many tours to choose from but the ATV tour was outstanding! From the scenery to the excitement of driving the ATV to our tour guide Weston the experience is something to always remember. Highly recommend it!!

Enjoyed the UTV and our guide Emma, ,Traceon I believe was his name , very good and enjoyable. Wish they would have showed us more stuff but I understand each of there trials was a different trip. So I would recommend to look at the tours before purchasing

Amazing views! Loved doing the UTV tour so we could drive ourselves but follow the tour guide. Food and drinks available on site for purchase and they provided us with a face mask to protect from dust and dirt along the trail. Samie and Peter were amazing and they helped make our experience!!

We had an amazing time on the UTV tour. The instructors were incredibly nice, funny, and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience even better. The views along the ride were absolutely breathtaking and truly picture perfect at every stop. Riding with our friends made it so much fun and an unforgettable adventure from start to finish. We only did the UTVs, but there were so many more activities available that we would have loved to try. It was a fantastic experience that we would highly recommend for friends and families (young and seasoned).

We had an amazing experience! Kai was an incredible tour guide. He was funny, knowledgeable, and made the entire adventure so much fun. He made sure we had an unforgettable time and even helped us capture amazing photos along the way. The ATVs were easy to drive, and the views were absolutely spectacular. We highly recommend this tour!

Terrible customer service. I get there before the check in time, they tell me to find my group, I did, they had not left, and we check in completely, and they leave. We go to the ticket box office again, the girl was rude as hell, and they say they won’t do anything. It’s not even JUST the fact that they told us it was fine then couldn’t take us, it was the service encountered. When I book for a time, I BOOK FOR THE TIME STATED. Not for an hour ahead. The check in notice isn’t even stated properly when you’re booking. Can’t even schedule your day accordingly? They act like people come and stay at a hotel 5 minutes away from the ranch. Traveling an hour in advance to get to your reservation won’t work btw! They’ll laugh in your face, pretend to check for other times, and try to degrade you when you tell them you were coming g from afar and GOT THERE BEFORE THE BOOKING TIME.
