Ty was awesome!!!! I didnt know quite what we had gotten into but it was so cool. Great guide, up and down at crazy angles. I laughed so much because I couldn't believe what we were doing. Felt extremely safe the entire time and Ty was very knowledgeable. Talked plants, geology and dinosaurs prints! Would highly recommend.
The hells revenge sunset hummer tour was a highlight of our Moab stay. Brayden was our guide and he was so much fun! It was raining and I was skeptical about the tour in the rain but Brayden was so excited and I understood why. Hells Revenge is very cool in the rain because you see waterfalls everywhere! It’s very exciting experience rain or shine!

This is an awesome tour. The vehicle (and professional driver) can go over steep and rugged terrain that you might otherwise never see on your own. All of the thrills of an amusement park ride but with better scenery.

It is an exciting activity that takes your breath away . The name is appropriate for this excursion. Brandon was our driver, he made it exciting and at the same time made us feel safe. I think you should give him a raise! He takes pride and cares about his job.

This tour just wasn’t meant to be for us. To be fair, the office staff was initially great about re‑accommodating us after our Canyon Spirit train arrived into Moab several hours late. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, we never actually got to experience the Sunset Hell’s Revenge tour we had rebooked.
The main issue was the completely unstructured, free‑for‑all boarding process. Even though we arrived on time and were waiting in the same area as everyone else, we were pushed to the back of the line. Other guests rushed ahead, took all the good seats, and were unwilling to move so my wife and I could sit together. Their behavior was selfish and rude, and the tour operator did nothing to manage the situation.
By the time we reached the vehicle, the only seats left were the low, side‑mounted “gunner” seats — extremely rough, low to the ground, terrible visibility, and absolutely not what is shown in the company’s brochures or online photos. Those pictures show elevated stadium‑style seating for everyone, not two people stuck below the rest of the group eating dust for two hours with almost no view. These seats simply should not be sold to paying guests.
At that point, we were frustrated and disappointed. As a 58‑year‑old couple, there was no way we were going to spend two hours getting bounced around in those seats, separated from each other, and unable to enjoy the sunset views my wife had been looking forward to. We left.
I do want to acknowledge that the operator called me afterward. I was angry and dropped a few F‑bombs that he didn’t deserve — the situation had just pushed us past our limit. There was no remedy anyway, as we were leaving for Colorado the next morning and couldn’t reschedule again. We didn’t ask for a refund since they had already worked with us once. We simply gave up and salvaged the evening with a drive to Canyonlands for sunset, though it wasn’t anything special.
In the end, while I appreciate the initial effort to rebook us, the chaotic boarding process and the unacceptable seating design on the rescheduled day made this a one‑star experience. If I could give zero stars for those seats, I would. They should not be offered to customers under any circumstances.

After our team accommodated multiple changes to your reservation in a variety of ways, it became clear that you could not find a way to be happy.
To clarify the facts of your booking:
Shared Tours: Unless you book a private tour, our Hummer excursions are shared experiences. There will be other guests in the vehicle with you.
Third-Party Booking: You chose to book through a third-party platform, meaning both you and our company are strictly subject to their specific rules, guidelines, and cancellation policies.
We are always willing to work with guests when issues arise, but abusive language or disrespectful behavior toward our team or other guests is not something we will accept. After you left our parking lot, we contacted you immediately to try to address the situation. Unfortunately, the conversation escalated into yelling, obscenities, and derogatory comments about having to ride with other guests.
We expect all of our guests to treat our staff and fellow travelers with basic respect. Your disruptive conduct and hostile language brought an end to trying to find a resolution to your unhappiness.
For us, It’s not about the money, it’s about ALL of our guests having an awesome off-road experience.
It's very fun, our guide was great. At times it felt like we were going straight up, others straight down. If you're not ready or willing to drive yourself, this is a fantastic option.

Fantastic! What an amazing experience I didn’t know I needed! I was scared & thrilled and felt totally safe with our driver/tour guide Joey. And we saw dinosaur tracks!! Oh yea, and an amazing Sunset too. This is a definite must do!

Our driver is Chris and he gave us an excellent tour. He spoke about juniper tree berry, Mormon tea plant and the black soil that was the result of an organism.

Great off road experience. Beautiful scenery, good stories and knowledgeable driver. It was a thrilling ride but felt safe the whole time. Ethan McKenna was the best. Would book with him again!

Our driver was very friendly and very good at driving the Hummer. I was nervous at the first steep hill but he knew what he was doing. Seating was tight because we had a full car. I had to climb over seats to get in and out.

It was easy to book, didn’t have to pay until a few days before. We had Joey guide us and learned a lot along the way. He was fun to be around and made the experience extra comfortable and fun for our kids and us. A major highlight of the trip for sure. It’s a family business and everyone we spoke to was awesome!

Ethan was a great driver going over the rough terrain and steep climbs. Sunset between 2 hills was nice, c but didn’t get to see too much of sunset. Views of landscape and town below were amazing. Got to see fossilized dinosaur tracts.

Mark out your guide was fantastic. Mom booked the tour without telling dad and the four kids what they were in for… they thought a leisure sunset ride! Everyone got an experience they didn’t expect that became the favorite part of the trip. What a thrilling taste of hells revenge, just enough air time, adrenaline, views, history, dinosaur prints and a sunset! My husband must have thanked me a dozen times! Our four kids age 7-12 squealed with excitement and fear.
So fun 10 out of 10- would absolutely do again

This company is great! They picked us up at our local hotel and took us on a ride of a lifetime. We chose the Hummer Sunset tour and it was so awesome. I can't believe those big machines can climb the steep rocks. Amazing!! Everyone in group loved it and our guide Joey was fantastic.

Adrenaline rush that should not be missed!! Be prepared to be amazed at not only the scenery but also the drivers and their expertise! Not for the faint of heart! We had a blast! Caleb was our driver and he was excellent!
