Very windy on top. Felt like we couldn’t hear half of the narration when going 45mph. Guide was knowledgeable and good trivia.

The microphone didn't work, there was no guided tour. We drove to a couple of places but not all of the ones noted on the tour. The guide was friendly.

We were not told that you could only hear the narration on the top level until we checked in at the ticket booth. My friend and I are both handicapped and could not climb the stairs to the top level. We prepaid for our tickets. The tour was a total waste for us handicapped people. The description of the tour did reference that if you were handicapped you could not hear the narration of the tour on the first level. The tour guide said during the tour that on their day tours you could hear the narration on the lower level. This is totally against the American Against Disabillities Act. We heard no information on the lower level of the bus. We just paid all this money for no information on Miami. I called Vistor to relate this problem to your agent on the phone. She submitted this problem to Viator on 09/11/26. She said that I would receive a notification from Viator regarding this issue. To date I have not information from Viator regarding the refund of my purses of 2 tickets for us handicapped people. I shattered my knee cap on June 1, 2026. I had surgery on June 9, 2026. I never would have booked this tour if It was disclosed that we would not hear the narration of the tour on the lower level. Therefore submitting my second request for a total refund on the 2 tickets that I purchased. I would like to receive a reply from you regarding this matter. I have booked other tours in the past but I never had a problem with your tours. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

The speakers were terrible so I couldn’t hear anything until we were completely stopped. Then there’s tree branches you have to DUCK or you’ll be hit in the face. Unfortunately, iPhone still doesn’t do well at night so majority of pictures aren’t great and honestly, there wasn’t too much that was just very interesting to see. The mansions they pointed out weren’t visible. I was more than ready to get off.

Tour guide microphone wasn't working properly.
It was a night tour there was no lights on stairway going down after tour.

Traffic was so bad, that we arrived right at 8pm, but couldn’t find a parking space and we never saw the bus or rode on the bus.

It rained heavily almost all night on the day of the tour, and reasonably believing the experience would be significantly impacted, we decided to not show up. I requested for refund only to be told by Viator that the operator claimed the tour continued as scheduled so they couldn't give me a refund. I'm not sure who in their right mind would be in an open-top bus tour in such a heavy downpour. Anyway, I asked Viator for a courtesy refund as a gesture of goodwill to a first-time customer, they declined that request as well.

The tour itself was great! The speaker/mic system could definitely be improved. The majority of the guests were on the upper level and it wasn’t very clear for us, but it could have better for those in the inside.

We had a fabulous time. Jole was our tour guide. He made the trip. Definitely a fun thing to do if you’re in Miami in the evening. The building are beautiful lit up and South Beach is such a fun place to watch ppl partying and just out and about. The Market place where we picked up the bus was fun shopping and eating area. We even danced and listened to Spanish music. Highly recommended

The open bus tour with commentary was honestly a waste of money. We could barely hear the commentator because of the muffled microphone and passengers talking loudly throughout the tour. It made it really difficult to hear any of the information, so we ended up just looking at the sights without actually hearing the commentary.
Not an enjoyable experience and definitely not worth the price. Only book this if you’re happy to sightsee without being able to hear much of the commentary.

The first time we tried to ride the bus, there was little information about where the pick up was and no one really knew anything when we asked. I rescheduled with customer service and when we get there, they tell us we were a no show for the day before and had to wait to see if they had enough room. We were able to ride but it was the lack of communication on their end.

This trip was exactly what I was looking for! Someway to get an insight into the Miami area. What made this trip so perfect was our guide Joel Martinez. He was affable, professional, knowledgeable and best of all FUN! He made what could be another mundane tour of the city infinitely better. I’d whole heartedly recommend it!

This bus tour is taken at night where you can see the beautiful Miami Skyline. Our tour guide Joel was amazing & informative the entire ride. We learned so much about the history, art deco, & food scene of Miami.
This was a wonderful nighttime activity to explore Miami and have a knowledgeable host to contribute commentary to what we were seeing. Armando was excellent at his job, and our driver had patience beyond measure considering Friday night Miami/South Beach traffic. Perfect amount of time spent and would definitely recommend this to anyone! I think especially a great thing to do before hitting the ground on foot because this tour gives a nice lay of the land so you can know where you might want to head to spend more time exploring on your own!
