Horrible Experience

YolandaKelley, Oct 2026

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE — $135 AND NO PICTURES! My experience with this company was absolutely horrible. We paid for pictures while riding the jet cars, but I never received any of the pictures. I also went on Captain John’s boat, where we were repeatedly told that we would receive our pictures. However, both individuals kept acting as though they were too busy to send them. When it was finally time to leave, one of the guys, whose name I don’t know but who I believe was from the Dominican Republic, suddenly started rushing to send the pictures and videos through AirDrop. Unfortunately, I never received any of them. Since then, I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and tried to get someone to return my calls, but NOBODY has responded or made any effort to resolve this issue. I paid $135 for a service that I never received, and the lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. At this point, I genuinely feel like I was scammed out of my money. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Customers work hard for their money and deserve to receive what they paid for. At the very least, the company should communicate with customers and make things right when something goes wrong. This experience completely ruined part of what should have been an enjoyable birthday trip.

Amazing

We really enjoyed this experience. The two operator JJ and Roberto was the Instructor and they were awesome. They were very patient with me and communicative throughout the whole process. They offer a full production of pictures and video package and the price was very good and it was worth every dollar.. I definitely will refer their company to my family and friends.

Great

Best excursion in Miami

This experience by far is one of the dopest things to do in Miami !!!! The fact they have 4 jet ski cars and professional crew that kept us safe was the best part. The pics videos all was amazing
