Bug bus broke before we left
We had to cancel.
Big bus should have another bus to replace it and have the excursion, not cancel it.

Our tour bus was involved in a minor collision with another motorist and the whole tour had to be shut down. We weren't even halfway through the tour when it happened. So we all had to exit the bus and find our own way to our destination. Other than this, the tour was great.

Bus was easy to find, park and load onto. However with unfavorable weather conditions we sat on the bottom and couldn’t hear most of what was shared. I wouldn’t recommend if you cannot sit on upper deck, as the view and narration was very limited, with no real work-around which was surprising.

BRING A JACKET! Driving down the highway with no roof proved to be extra chilly. Pack something warm just in case. Great for older folks who can’t do walking tours.

When we arrived, right on time, they had already sold my seats that I had already paid for to someone else. Thy adjusted the passengers to get us on , but the guide had already started speaking. She never gave us her name ore asked if we could hear. We couldn't hear btw. She kept rambling on like she was mumbling to a friend. She didn't even stop when the helicopter was directly above us. I booked the tour to learn about the city but didn't get to hear anything about it. Seriously disappointed in the whole experience. 2/10 would not do again!

Our guide Mikewas very informative and knew a lot of Chicago facts. I very much enjoyed the trip. And our bus driver was exceptional! I don’t know how she maneuvered that bus on those streets!! The only problem was the tree limbs that hung very low . I think someone could get hurt sometime.

The host was so funny, amazing stories and impressions. I loved how proud he was when speaking on the history of Chicago and all of its richness. Just make sure you watch you head a lot of the trees hang low and if you don’t pay attention you will get whacked sitting at the top of the bus.
