I absolutely loved this tour. I would take it again when I visit. Great guide and driver!!! Although the streets were very busy it did not seem like it.
Matty was funny and kind. The was also very knowledgeable about the city.

Tolls and traffic made us miss the tour. Tried to message the tour guide to see if there were other options NO response. Wasted 200.00. No professionalism

This was a really nice tour as we got to see quite a bit of Chicago...a lot of the highlights and learn the history of many of the buildings, architecture, and things that have happened and are still happening in the city. I will say the only issue I faced was the volume of the speaker. Though they provided headphones, because the individual speakers did not work, we had a harder time hearing over many people talking.

Make sure you carry some cash to tip the crew as a gratitude. My experince was great but regretted not carrying cash on me. Not an obligation but goood to encourage the team.
Good to keep pictures and video but do not miss the experience of quietly observing and keep memories as well.

Bug bus broke before we left
We had to cancel.
Big bus should have another bus to replace it and have the excursion, not cancel it.

Our tour bus was involved in a minor collision with another motorist and the whole tour had to be shut down. We weren't even halfway through the tour when it happened. So we all had to exit the bus and find our own way to our destination. Other than this, the tour was great.

Bus was easy to find, park and load onto. However with unfavorable weather conditions we sat on the bottom and couldn’t hear most of what was shared. I wouldn’t recommend if you cannot sit on upper deck, as the view and narration was very limited, with no real work-around which was surprising.

BRING A JACKET! Driving down the highway with no roof proved to be extra chilly. Pack something warm just in case. Great for older folks who can’t do walking tours.
