We never got to go on this tour as our uber never showed. I sent a chat message through Viator to let the them know but never got a response. I called the main number, although the rep was very nice, no refund allowed. We were so disappointed. There were no tours available the rest of the dayI think ours was the last tour.

Not the company’s fault at all. Refunds are given when proper cancellation notice has been given. I don’t understand the review when you were not even on the tour?
Guide was fun, very knowledgeable— appreciated that he was a historian. Group was larger than I’d like but he was miked so no problems keeping up

I had a six hour layover in Boston and decided to take this walking tour to get a quick overview of the landmarks and history. So glad I did! Very informative and easy way to get the lay of the land, learn about the historical sites and their significance.
Getting to the tour was really easy using the free silver line bus from the airport to South Station. I didn’t realize it at the time, that I could have taken the red line train to downtown. Instead, I walked the 10-15 minutes—but didn’t mind since the weather was nice and I was able to see other parts of the city.

Easy in the sense of a short walk( less than one mile) we don’t walk fast and we stop at 12 Historic sights on the Freedom Trail bringing History to life.
We had a great experience on the tour!! Our tour guide, Jonathan, was excellent- friendly, knowledgeable, and funny!! Lots of interesting facts and local lunch spot suggestions were spot on! Highly recommend!!

The tour guide tended to insert his political views. Too much about civil war and slavery instead of the Revolutionary War.

Guides do a Freedom Trail tour which includes 16 sights. Not all the sights have to do with the Revolutionary War. The sights have to do with Freedom ( Thus the Freedom Trail Tour) if you wanted just facts about the Revolutionary War you should have signed up for that tour. We Bring Boston’s History to Life
You need to be able to walk on uneven sidewalks. It would help if you knew a little bit about our countries history. There will be several tours going on at the same time but the guides are good to keep you together and made sure you could hear their stories..

No too many people. We encourage those that don’t hear very well to get up front. Our guides are the best in the business.
I would highly recommend this tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable and a history teacher who was very good at keeping our kids (9&13) engaged. He kept a good pace and stopped frequently in shady spots. He lots of interesting details but drone on like some of the other guides we encountered. The 90 minute tour with 11 stops was really a perfect length for us, but if you wanted to see the other 5
sites, the guide gave advice on how to get to those on your own. If you are looking for a shorter version to do with your kids, I recommend this one!

This tour was fun and very interesting. I’m from the Boston area and wanted to see what I was missing so I decided to see what visitors got to experience. I learned a lot about some of the big players in the American revolution. We probably walked about a mile total during the tour. Zoey was an awesome guide ! Very knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and friendly ! Highly recommended !

Yesterday I took the freedom trail tour with my daughter, and we were both had a wonderful time. Our tour guide Zoey had lots of great facts and was super fun to have as our tour guide.
