What are people saying about Venice

Wonderful day travelling...
Wonderful day travelling by water taxi to the Murano Glass factory followed by a lace making demo in Burano. We were given plenty of time to explore Burano and eat lunch. It's such a cute town with many shops and restaurants. Great local seafood! Our guide, Alice was knowledgeable and fun.

A Truly Worthwhile Venetian Experience
This is a truly remarkable and incredibly worthwhile experience! You truly get to experience places in Venice that true Venetians do, as you eat, drink, and travel through the city. And, all the while, you'll have the opportunity to learn about the history of the places that you visit, as well as the history of the magnificent city that you are visiting. Also, if you are lucky enough to have Sara as your tour guide, it is guaranteed to be a phenomenal experience! This was my first time in the city and this tour was one of, if not the best experience I had! If you're considering this, I highly recommend it!

Could not have been a nicer day!
This was SUCH fun! The meet-up in St. Mark's Square was easy and the guide, Flavia Costa, was organized, super friendly and very knowledgeable. We went to a glass factory in Murano and spent about an hour there. Some guests bought glass, others just enjoyed looking. Then we jumped back on the boat and headed to Burano to see lace being made. Easy walking, beautiful island and great gelato! Flavia even gave out dining suggestions on the way back. Could not have been a nicer day!

Just as advertised and worth it!
Our guide was wonderful! The history she told was very interesting and important for a better appreciation of what we saw, especially at the Basilica. The tour of the Palace is longer and be prepared for lots of stairs and standing for a long time, but it was fascinating. The gondola ride was very nice, about 25 minutes through neighborhoods as well as the Grand Canal. There 4-5 people in a gondola so be prepared for that.

Venice is no ordinary place. Crisscrossed by canals and myriad alleyways, this lagoon city has many must-see sights, from the Doge’s Palace to the Grand Canal, from plates of cicchetti to gondola boats. With so many visitors who come to see them, you can easily get caught up in the crowds. However, fear not because there are Venice tours that help you bypass the lines, sightsee responsibly, and experience the beauty of the city, too. Guided walking tours give the history behind the photo points, skip-the-line tours cut waiting times at popular sites, and home-cooking classes offer a taste of the local culture.
