So Fun, Great Experience
My spouse and I had such a wonderful time at our cooking class on May 9th, it was such a joy from beginning to end! Luca was a charismatic and gracious host, as was his lovely daughter Catherine. That evening, our group consisted of other couples, a solo traveler, and mother/daughter.....it was such a casual, silly, and welcoming environment! The class had a great balance- mortadella and bread with wine to start, making of the pasta dough, making of aperol spritz, and enjoying the meal! A respectable practice of the tour is to donate the extra fresh pasta to the local food banks and everything is sorted for composting and recycling :) If you're visiting Bologna and wish to enjoy a cooking class in the center of the city, this is a perfect choice!

As good as it gets
Tour of a lifetime. We have done countless tours on 5 continents and this is as good as it gets. Incredible tour following every step of artisanal Parmesan and prosciutto making, and amazing balsamic tastings. Julia’s knowledge of everything related to the food and processing and ties to the people and region were extraordinary and Roberta added so much to the tour. The abundant food tastings and meals were all of the highest quality reflecting the region, and same with the wines. And just so much fun. Amazing. Such thanks to all.

Great way to get to know Bologna!
We were delighted with our guide Federica. She told wonderful stories about the origins of the food and drinks, and was very knowledgeable. There were a variety of great foods to try, and we left with full, happy bellies! There was a lot of walking, but it was paced with the different food tour spots so it is not difficult. I suggest bringing a bottle of water, although water and wine were served where we had lunch.

Best activity for a weekend in Bologna
It was my birthday, and we decided to celebrate together by making our own Italian dinner. Our children (6, 8, and 11 years old) were involved too, and our chef/guide was the friendliest person with them. It was funny, comfortable, and delicious! Thank you :)
