This was a nice trip away...

This was a nice trip away from the crowded island of Venice. The tour of the Murano factory was very interesting. We enjoyed watching the master turn sand into a beautiful glass vase. Burano was not as interesting and I was disappointed because of a short explanation of how the lace was made. The boat ride back and forth was good. Alana was a great guide. She explained everything in detail to us. She was very personable.

Amazing food and wine and awesome tour guide!

Mariana was excellent! The food and wines were wonderful and she provided history and fun stories. We all had an amazing evening and lots of laughter and enjoyment. There was plenty of food so you don’t want to eat before or after and the walk was perfect.

Outstanding tour of the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s!

We had an incredible experience on our small group tour of the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica yesterday! Our guide was wonderfully friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable, sharing captivating stories and fascinating historical facts throughout the tour. The pace was perfectly comfortable, with well-timed breaks along the way so we never felt rushed or fatigued. Touring in a small group made a huge difference as well. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Venice

Beautiful church and good ceilings

Our tour guide was Sandra from city wonders. We had a 2 hour tour of Doges Palace and St Marks. It was enough time for us. Sandra gave us alot of information but it was all interesting. To me Doge Palace was all about the gold trimmed ceilings. They are magnificent but after a bit they all look alike. We spent at least an hour in there and then onto St Marks. What a beautiful church. If you need to sit this is not a good tour for you, not because of Sandra, but because there are no places it is allowed, not even in the church. If you don't do a tour make sure you buy your tickets in advance as they were sold out by 11am and it is early October.

This tour, we had Roberta who was excellent, was a great way to get the lay of the land in Venice and see some important sights of the city. The tour also gives you a feel for what life is like in the city from the people who live there. Great tour. It is 6 hours and a decent amount of walking so be prepared. Well worth it!

Its a memory of a lifetime, nothing else has even come close to this class!!!

We did this experience last October when we were in Italy. We are still talking about it because every cooking class that we have taken since then has been a disappointment. This class sets the bar incredibly HIGH for anything that comes after. The teachers were incredibly passionate about what they did, very good at teaching us the Hands-On skills to be able to take the knowledge home and be able to really cook and make homemade pasta. All of the people that were in our class had a great time and we're very friendly. Thank you for helping us make a memory that will last a lifetime!!
