Adrian was very good with...

Adrian was very good with a difficult situation. Just before traveling to Zig-Zag train the road collapsed to a single lane that had to handle all traffic in both direction. Adrian got us to train just in time. He tried to verify sufficient food at Zig-Zag train for our lunch but Zig-Zag food concessionaire worked as slowly as possible since they had mislead Adrian and had barely enough for 1/2 the traffic and ran out of food. Adrian made sure we had enough time at the next stop for food and managed to almost finish on schedule. Thank you

Great day exploring the Blue Mountains!

Really enjoyed this tour! Our guide Joan went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. He showed us some hidden lookouts, recommended great places to eat and shop, and made sure we got to try the best rides at Scenic World. The highlight for me was definitely Featherdale Wildlife Park, especially the koala experience where you actually get to pat a koala! Also loved seeing all the amazing native birds. The whole trip was surprisingly relaxing despite how much we managed to see and do. No particular fitness level required, which is a nice bonus! Overall, a fantastic experience and a great way to explore the Blue Mountains. Highly recommend!

It was an excellent and wonderful tour with Ian, the tour guide and bus driver. He made it fun for us with great introductions of places we visited and Australia history. Shared his personal life in OZ as well - a bit of humorous touch. He ensured us puncture timing after each sight-seeing so we all got to see everything. He even helped taking pictures for all of us. Our guide, Rocky, was very knowledgeable and made sure that everyone had a positive and unique experience based on their interests and mobility. At each stop, he provided suggestions for those interested and led the main group. The coach was very comfortable (even in the 34 degree heat!).

Thank you Aaron for a lovely day. We enjoyed wildlife encounters at Featherdale, wandering around the mountain town of Leura and grabbing a bite to eat, and the amazing views of the blue mountains. Aaron provided lots of info during the bus ride, but at each stop we had the freedom to break off from the tour group and have our own adventures with a set departure time to keep us on schedule. I enjoyed the simultaneous structure and freedom to ensure we all had an enjoyable tour. The ferry back into Sydney was also lovely at sunset.

Up close tour was great!

I've always wanted to tour the Sydney Opera House and was so glad I booked this tour. Knowing we'd be in Sydney for a week, we had purchased tickets to a performance in advance so we could "experience" the venue, but we were also very intrigued by this tour that offered a no crowds, in-depth tour of the entire complex. Taking the tour before the concert made me appreciate and understand the performance space better. Our guide was so friendly and genuinely excited to share her knowledge about the history and legacy of this landmark. I highly recommend this tour!

Good value for money and great way to see the Blue mountains

The tour was really interesting. We really enjoyed the Sydney Zoo but a lot of the animals weren't out as it was quite early. Really loved Scenic World the cable cars were amazing and the rail ride. Also loved seeing the waterfalls. Leura was very quaint for lunch. Also really enjoyed the ferry ride from Parramatta back to Sydney. Overall a really good day with lots of things to see and do. Given the day we were really lucky to see the blue of the blue mountains and see the three sisters. On other bus tours that I have been on (and I have done hundreds) the tour guide usually tries to break the ice with the customers by introducing each other eg where your from, etc. But he didn't do this and the tour customers didn't seem to gel as well. It was the only let down that the tourists didn't interact with each other.

A full day of sights, but not too taxing

We booked very last minute and had good communication even with such a short window. We easily found the tour start at Central Station. We chose to wear a mask while in the bus in order to protect us from picking up any bugs for the remainder of our holiday. Our tour was on Sunday (easier traffic back to Sydney at the end) during school holidays, so things were crowded and hurried at Scenic World to stay on time. Gordon and Frank were great guides, making sure everyone was coming along and had the rest breaks that we all needed.

Fantastic dinner cruise on Sydney Harbour

Runs on time, easy to find and the enjoyment starts as soon as you get on board. Kim is a wonderful crew member and asset. She was funny and friendly and the buffet was delicious. There were 3 birthdays on the dinner cruise and Kim encouraged us all to wish them a happy birthday. The cruise was just the right length of time. So much to see and to take photos of along the way. We would do it again.
