What are people saying about Sydney

This was a very nice boat...
This was a very nice boat ride through the main part of the harbor. We had an amazing sunset with Captain Frank providing great commentary during the tour for guests who were interested, and the crew was very accommodating. This tour was very relaxing and exactly what we were hoping for.

Family adventures in our big back yard.
Visited Sydney with our teenage kids. The last time we were all in this beautiful city together was 15 years ago! So we had to show them how beautiful the harbour is. They absolutely loved it. And what a comfortable easy way to view one of the best harbours in the world. We will definitely do it again and again. Until our next visit, Sydney stay beautiful ❤️

This is the second time...
This is the second time that we have cruised with Journey Beyond and would do it again tomorrow.
We did a lunch cruise and while they took the route to get the Opera house and bridge photo shots, we then turned around an went up the Parramatta River to Drummoyne. We enjoyed this route because it is not the standard one that the cruises take, making it a more unique experience.
We like a sit down meal option rather than a buffet and it didn't disappoint. We also liked that you had a choice it was not just an alternatre serve situation.
The size of the vessel and a maximum of 80 guests made it an ideal size with alot of room to move around on board.

Yo ho- yo ho!
Such a unique experience on the Sydney Harbor! We had an enjoyable afternoon out in the harbor on this unique 1800s ship. We got lucky cause there was only a group of 10 of us, so we basically had the entire ship to ourselves. We met the captain and the crew, but our tour guide was great! He was quite the historian, and gave us so much interesting information and stories of the area. We also got to help the crew with the ails which was a lot of fun! They offered us beverages and capers which made for a super nice voyage out and then back under the bridge before returning to the dock.

Worth it!
Surprisingly good food - arguably too much, we were stuffed at the end (we had the four course meal). Very friendly and efficient staff. Lovely views and we personally enjoyed seeing Sydney in lights after the sun went down more than the sunset itself. Great experience, would do again.

Excellent experience
You have a choice of cocktails for your 1st included drink; not a one size fits all. I had the Margarita and it was top notch. The second included drink is a choice of 2 beers or 3 types of wine so something for every taste. The charcuterie board was also top notch; much better than I expected and definitely enough for 2 people. You are assigned a table but are free to walk around; go up on deck to see the sights with your drink and then come back down to enjoy your charcuterie. No worries about something being taken away while you’re gone. We had a beautiful clear, warm evening so spent a lot of time on the upper deck enjoying the skyline. You do have to download the narration if you want to hear about the different sights along the way but that was actually a plus so you don’t have to listen to an annoying narration over the intercom. Instead, you listen to an onboard lovely vocalist and small band. It was a wonderful way to spend a couple of hours.

Great Tall Ship sailing experience would recommend
We actually ended up on the dinner cruise as a result of not enough people wanting to go on the lunch cruise.
Actually turned out to be a blessing, what a lovely time to sail through the harbour as the city starts to light up for the evening. The beginning of the sunset was beautiful behind the bridge too.
The crew were all brilliant, and our host Howard was very friendly and approachable with lots of knowledge and interesting facts. The food was plentiful and tasty, and we enjoyed it along with a beer we bought from the bar.
I actually took up the added extra option of climbing up to the crows nest. What a great view from up there and well worth the experience in my opinion.
All in all a great cruise, and the ship was a really good alternative to the usual motor cruisers and an experience we really enjoyed.
I would recommend this cruise, it was good value for money and we really enjoyed ourselves.

Outstanding Private Harbour Experience
This private boat tour was a highlight of our time in Sydney. The harbour views were spectacular, and the small group size allowed the captain to provide personalized commentary and share deep knowledge of the area. A wonderful way to experience Sydney from the water — highly recommend.

The tour was beautiful...
The tour was beautiful and we really covered a lot of ground. Unfortunately our pickup spot changed the day of the tour and since I was out of the country didn't have access to Wifi and wasn't informed of the change in location to meet the boat until we had already arrived and didn't see the boat. We were then told it was a "3 minute walk" to the new pickup location, which turned into an almost 20-30 minute walk because I had older folks with me who really had a hard time walking that distance due to hip, knee and lung problems. It would have been nice to get a call or text message to update us on the change. That said, once we finally made it there it was a lovely evening, beautiful views, and the snacks/drinks were a nice touch.

Exclusive Day on the Harbour
The most exclusive day on the harbour. From the moment Dave collected us from Darling Harbour we went entertained in the most regal fashion with a true Aussie gent dedicated to making sure we had a memorable day.
His knowledge was 2nd to none, facilities on the yacht so comfortable, lunch was delicious, book your day with Dave and you won’t be disappointed. 👏👏

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Sydney is one of the most well-known harbors, with the iconic Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House taking center stage. A perfect way to explore the harbor is by taking one of many Sydney day cruises. There are private and group options, tall ship and ferry choices, and those that include lunch, cocktails, or both. Head out from Circular Quay and ensure your cameras are charged for beautiful harbor shots.
