Our guide, Jacky, in particular has been extra helpful and assisting us in any way he can. Sydney trip highlight

This was the highlight of my one-week trip to Sydney! Craig took our small group to off-the-beaten paths where no other tourists go so we had the places to ourselves. He’s also a wealth of information as far as Australia’s history. Seeing kangaroos in the wild was pretty awesome and the wine and snacks at dusk were the perfect way to cap off the day. Highly recommended to adventure-seeking folks!

Overall a nice experience

This trip was nice, not at all rushed up. The guide who calls himeself BB ( forgotten his full name) was not running up the various spots, gave reasonable time to enjoy the lookouts/trails and in fact joining in for the same also The stop at Featherdale Wildlife Park was also. ice to get a sight of Australian wildlife. Further, and importantly, I had left my sunglasses in the van and the guide and the tour operator Boutique Tour Operator posted the same at their expense to me at the apartment in Port Douglas where I was to visitt after a week. Very nice of them and Highly appreciate the gesture

5⭐️s! An Amazing Day in the Blue Mountains.

I had a fantastic day exploring the Blue Mountains with Steve as our guide. From the very beginning, everything was well organized and went smoothly. Steve picked us up on time and was friendly, easygoing, and very knowledgeable throughout the whole day. The Blue Mountains themselves were absolutely beautiful. There were so many amazing views and interesting places to see, and Steve did a great job explaining the history and stories behind the area. He clearly knows the region very well, and I really enjoyed listening to him along the way. He also made sure everyone was comfortable and had enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. I particularly loved the spectacular scenery around Jamison Valley. It was one of those places where you can just stand there and take it all in. The whole day gave us a great chance to get out of Sydney and see a completely different side of Australia. Lunch was enjoyable, and having everything included made the day very easy and convenient. The transportation was comfortable, the itinerary was well planned, and there was a really nice balance between sightseeing, walking, relaxing, and learning about the area. A special thank you to Steve for making the day so enjoyable. His attitude, knowledge, sense of humor, and attention to everyone in the group really made a difference. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sydney. It was a wonderful experience, beautifully organized, and definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Australia. Private tour with Dave - the best way to see the Blue Mountains.

It was an absolute pleasure to have Dave to show the Blue mountains. They are spectacular on a fresh ckear winter morning but having Dave enhaces the entire experience. Nothing was too much trouble for him, I wanted more time at Scenicworld to do the rides twice and he said that was fine. He sure knows the best view points to get away from crowds. His lunch cafe selection in Katoomba was so nice , and very unique. Prompt pick up at the Intrercontinental Hotel and the ferry teturn made a perfect tour.

Fabulous Day Trip from Sydney

I took this tour with my 16 year old son and it was GREAT! Dave was prompt and easy to work with and tailored the day to our tastes. He actively worked to avoid crowds and adjusted for the ever-changing weather in the mountains. We had a wonderful hike to the waterfall and a lovely view of the Three Sisters. He also took us to several off the beaten path lookouts that had tremendous views of the Blue Mountains and surrounding area. We highly recommend Dave and his tour and felt it was a very worthwhile use of a day in our Sydney itinerary. Few big cities have so much spectacular nature just outside of their centers!

This excursion was fantastic! We were a group of six adults. Our tour guide, Joseph, arrived early in a very comfortable private vehicle. We were able to communicate before the tour by WhatsApp, which gave us peace of mind about our tour that we had booked months in advance. Joseph, or tour guide, was very knowledgeable & entertaining throughout the whole trip. He was patient, a good driver, flexible & always had our best interest in mind. We explored the Blue Mountains & were able to get fantastic pictures & create wonderful memories! If we go back to Australia, we will definitely request Joseph. This is the second or third time I have used Viator while cruising & I am very pleased with them. Excellent tour!

Great stop locations plus handy info booklet.

Easy to book - viator sent me email with QR code. Bus driver writes date on booklet which becomes your ticket. And then called the office to get my booking code for the included Scenic World rides. Stops at convenient locations around Katoomba, Scenic World and Leura. Get off one stop, walk along the Prince Henry Cliff walk and get back on at the next stop. Runs every hour but doesnt sit waiting for the exact departure time at each stop, so best to get to your stop 5min early. Drivers are friendly and helpful. And the booklet you get is so comprehensive to make the most of your stay, inluding hiking trail information. Very impressed with this service.
