Fantastic tour. Dave, our tour guide was great. Always ready to take pictures for us with our cameras. Saw a ton of Wombats, Kangaroos, Wallabys, Fruit Bats and had some fantastic views on the way. The dinner at the pub was good, too. Definitely would recommend!

Packed fun and reasonably priced!
My boyfriend and I booked this excursion on our first full day in Australia in October, and it was amazing! Our tour guide, Jamie, was so kind and knowledgeable. He gave a great history of Sydney and Australia on the ride to the Blue Mountains, which was perfect to get us acclimated. The tour has a packed itinerary, but we never felt rushed. We got to experience enough time at each place! Even when our group was running a little behind, Jamie was able to push our lunch back a little bit, so we didn’t feel rushed. The views are beautiful, and the cable car was so fun. Going to Featherdale Wildlife Park was also amazing to check seeing native Australian animals off our list. I would 100% recommend this trip to anyone visiting Sydney as it was a quick day trip. The pick up was early at 6:45 am but super easy. We did stop at a coffee shop once we got closer to the blue mountains and you can’t bring food or drinks on the bus, so keep that in mind before pick up. 100% recommend this tour!

Gorgeous day in Blue Mountains
Our guide Ian was personable, entertaining, and helpful with information, as well as a safe driver. The van was very clean and comfortable. Echo Point stop is excellent and we could've spent even 30 more minutes there happily. Scenic World is more geared to families with younger children. It's a beautiful setting with hokey dinosaur /Jurassic World aspects. Unfortunately, if you aren't in to that, you can't avoid the animatronic specimens and their sounds through the forest walk on the raised boardwalks. The upside to this trip to Scenic World is that there are the fun funicular, gondola, and railway and they are very scenic and safe. Cafeteria food is okay. The stop at Katumba Falls was just the right length, as was the stroll through the little town of Leura. We would travel with this tour company again. We would choose a tour that has more hiking and no Scenic World if were to do it again.

Glad We Did It!
We did the full Summit climb. It lasted about 3 hours in total and we were happy that we did it. There are definitely parts (beginning and end) that are more nerve wracking than the middle but we definitely enjoyed the experience. On way to the summit the guide took plenty of pictures as we were not allowed to take our own phones with us which made sense for safety reasons. Some people will complain that you are forced to buy photos from the tour but we knew that going in so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was exciting, scary and exhilarating all at once!
