What are people saying about Niagara Falls

Fall day
Candace was very friendly and informative. She spoke too fast so I stuck close to her to understanding better. We had a great day seeing the sites. Plenty of walking. You should probably indicate that in the details in case you have elderly people or people with disabilities taking the trip. Overall a fun day.

Great tour/experience of Niagara Falls!
Niagara Falls Viator Tour review A well-organized very informative "experience" tour! Our tour guide, Randy, picked us up in a tour bus from our hotel and took us to numerous destinations at and nearby the falls. First was "Maid of the Mist," a boat ride by the American Falls to the heavily-misted area close to Horseshoe Falls. Get ready to get wet! Then we went to the "Cave of the Winds" which was a series of platforms (accessible by many stair steps) alongside the south end (right side when facing the falls, the section known as Bridal Veil Falls) where we were within a few feet of the falls at various levels. Reach out your arm and feel some of the spray from the falls! The “Hurricane Deck” was the best part because it was as close as it could be to the falls without being directly under them. There were plenty of times when a surge in the falls brought the water right onto the closest end of the deck, and you could feel some of the power of the falls as you get completely soaked by areas not covered by the poncho (from my knees down, hands and forearms, and face). I never knew one could get so close to the falls! This experience was better than Maid of the Mist. Randy then drove us to The Hungry Moose Food Court for lunch (not hosted) by the White Water Walk (class 6 rapids) and whirlpool area of the Niagara River. After that, we went to the Horseshoe Falls overlook area (by the Table Rock Restaurant), and finally to the Skylon Tower for views of both falls at the 175-ft level of the tower. Quite a day! About 5 hours total, beautiful views of the falls from lookout points and up close, and GREAT narration by Randy during the bus rides. Full of interesting stories, history, and tidbits. We would highly recommend this Viator tour by Randy for a memorable Niagara Falls experience!!

Well worth the $
Do it! Experiencing the Falls from four different vantage points was well worth it. And we did the morning group so we beat all the buses! Getting it all done in a half day allowed us plenty of time to visit the town and drive to Niagra On The Lake. Only need two nights and one full day here w this tour!

If you have one-day in Niagara Falls, this is your tour!
If you have just one-day to experience Niagara Falls, this tour is an absolute must. We planned this special trip for our Mom’s 83rd birthday, marking her very first visit to Canada 🇨🇦. Our guide, Vinny, treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable day. His deep knowledge as a local born and raised in the city added so much to the experience. Between his insights and the effortless line-skipping, we felt like we had backstage passes. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough!

Water features aren’t much more impressive than Niagara Falls, a series of waterfalls on the Niagara River that divide the US and Canada. Travelers to Niagara Falls, New York, have many ways to see and experience the mighty cataract. Walk to well-positioned lookout points, soar above the falls on a flight, be prepared to get wet riding the Maid of the Mist sightseeing boat, feel the roar from the Cave of the Winds, or journey up the Niagara Gorge to experience more natural wonders. Many tours combine two or more attractions if you can't pick just one.
