A great afternoon at Niagara

The experience was well organised and very prompt. Our guide Alisha was very helpful and so positive that the day was fun. We completed Skylon which gave great views of the area and then walked to the behind the falls experience that was incredible. The mist was very heavy but added to the experience. Great gifts are found here at Roots. We then walked to the boat trip that enabled us to experience the force of the falls and yep we got very wet but loved every minute of it. There is a lot of walking that may not be good for everyone but for us it wasn’t a problem. The little tree stop to meet Maddison the squirrel was an added Alisha touch ❤️. We fully recommend this tour.

Our guide, Vinny, treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable day. His deep knowledge as a local born and raised in the city added so much to the experience. Between his insights and the effortless line-skipping, we felt like we had backstage passes. We cannot recommend this tour highly enough!

Awesome Experience!

The whole package! This tour included several of Niagara Falls’ most popular attractions, all in one amazing day! Seeing both the American falls and the Canadian falls by boat, walking behind the falls, as well as a walking guided tour was fabulous! Be prepared, you’re going to get wet! Our guide, Kristian, made the experience AWESOME! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. It was so nice having him guide us from one attraction to the next, sharing interesting facts and stories about Niagara along the way and making sure we knew exactly where to go and when. I especially appreciated the smaller group size, which made it easy to gather around, listen, and really enjoy the experience. If you want to see the highlights of Niagara Falls in one day without worrying about the logistics, this is the tour for you! Ask for Kristian if you can! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Half-Day Niagara Falls Tour

We had an amazing half-day tour in Niagara Falls, ON and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In about 5 hours, we fit in a helicopter ride, the Skylon Tower, a behind-the-falls experience on the Canadian side, and a boat tour right up to the edge of the falls. Everything was incredibly well organized, and it was such a convenience that all tickets were pre-purchased and our guide picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. A special thanks to Karan K, who was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and offered very practical suggestions throughout the day. He made the whole experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Niagara Falls! Know that you will experience varied conditions for being outside in the elements, in high humidity tunnels, and windy sea mist. Although it was not a walking tour, I would count on about 4000 steps.

Well organized tour with fantastic guide. Hotel pickup, on time, in very nice, uncrowded shuttle bus. Driver Jessica ran a tight ship, all stops and starts of each tour event on time. Jessica so pleasant and knowledgeable. Learned so much about the falls and the area. In addition to super fun Maid of the Mist ride we visited Table Rock, Three Sisters Island, Skylon Tower, and very cool Cave of the Winds. Jessica’s advice was invaluable. No waiting on lines anywhere. Well planned, will times, well done!

Great experience

It was amazing. Definitely a must do. From start to finish it was perfectly done. Greeting and picture taker, balloon guide, even the music. Every song starting with fly me to the moon, and ending with don't let me down was a great touch. Seeing the falls while singing familiar songs was amazing. You can do them at night also, while they are shooting fireworks. Very cool. We left happy with a great experience, great pictures taken, and a free 8x10 picture. I would highly recommend this. We'll worth the money.

They took care of the timing.

We went Friday morning before Labor Day weekend, and wanted to do both the Maid boat and Cave of the Winds. All we had to do was show up at 10, Niagara Regional via Viator guide Greg took care of tickets and timing.at a reasonable pace. He enjoyed answering questions about waterfall and rapids history and water management. He said he’d answer ehat he could about the Canada side, but focused on the American side. He gave a great tour of the state park, dropped us off for the boat ride, then walked us over to Goat Island for the Cave sttraction. Both were our favorites, followed by views from Luna Island over Bridal Veil falls (a quick staircase away), views Terrapin and Prospect Points, and a wuick drive out to Whirpool state park to see whirpools and the aerocar going over them. We enjoyed the Canadian side also (the movie and Skylon tower), but Maid and Cave gave uou that little bit of a thrill. If you have kids, Greg engages the kids and manages their energy during the walking portion. If the walking is too much, there’s a point where Greg offers people the option of continuing to Goat Island over the pedestrian bridge (wild class 6 rapids views) or taking the $5 (for the whole day) trolley to meet us there at Cave. We walked and went all over (west and south ends of) Goat Island, then took the trolley back to the state park. If you go to the American side, yes, the town is a little tired and past it’s prime, but we spent all our waking hours in the beautiful state park (same designer as Central Park NYC) by the rapids and falls and on Goat Island. Favorite views … railing and observation tower at Prospect Point, observation area on Luna Island (one staircase away from Goat island). The Luna Island overlooks the drama of Bridal Veil fallls and is wet at the edge, with plumes of rising mist. Three Sisters on the south side, also a couple quick footbridges away from Goat. View from Whirlpool state park over gorge. Full view of horseshoe Falls on the Canadian side with a close second being the 70% view from Terrapin Oiint in Goat Island.

Tie dye guy guide

Our tie dye guide guy was awesome. We we’re traveling with a 5 week old and a 2 1/2 yo and he definitely made sure mama and baby were ok and keeping up. He even watched the wagon while we all went to the rails to look at the waterfalls. It was a long walk and took a lot out of mama carrying the baby so we appreciated him checking in.
