What an absolutely incredible experience! Our tour to the Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West was one of the highlights of our trip. The views were breathtaking, but what really made the day special were our amazing tour guide, Sara, and our driver, Louie. Sara was phenomenal! She was knowledgeable, sweet, personable, and genuinely seemed to care about everyone having a great experience. Throughout the trip, she kept us informed about where we were going, what to expect, and how much time we had at each stop. She provided snacks and plenty of cold water, which was especially appreciated while exploring the canyon in the heat. What impressed us even more was how attentive she remained after we were out exploring on our own. She checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and even offered to take pictures of us with the absolutely AMAZING Grand Canyon scenery in the background. Those little personal touches made such a difference! And a huge thank-you to Louie, our driver! He kept us on schedule, handled the drive professionally, and most importantly, got us there and back safely. We were able to relax and enjoy the entire experience knowing we were in good hands. Between the Hoover Dam, the spectacular Grand Canyon views, and the excellent service, this was a 10/10 experience from beginning to end! If you’re considering this tour, BOOK IT! And if you have the opportunity to request Sara as your tour guide, we recommend her 100%! Excellent team of tour...

Excellent team of tour guide Sarah and driver Bernice! They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having a good time and being taken care of. Sarah had lots of snacks and water at hand and made sure everyone was happy! She also came with us to the Horseshoe Bend and offered to take photos of us there. Bernice is a great driver and made it a smooth ride for us. Not once did my carsickness act up. Thank you both for an incredible day!

Amazing tour with excellent views

The tour was organised very well. They even accommodated morning pickup to my location by letting me hop on a different company bus to the actual bus. The buses themselves were very good, clean and comfortable. Our guide Olivia and driver Chen were amazing. Food could be better. No breakfast (a granola bar was given). Considering we board the bus at 4:50am, a breakfast option is needed. Lunch was a sandwich (which was okay). Other than that, everything was excellent.

Our Tour of the Grand Canyon West with the Skywalk and lunch was awesome. The views were unmatched!! Our tour guide Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about the Canyon and surrounding areas. Our driver, Michael was a cautious driver and handled us with care. Michael and Brandon went above and beyond with this tour. I highly recommend National Park Express for tours in the Las Vegas and surrounding area.

Amazing tour. The lunch...

Amazing tour. The lunch provided was bigger than I thought (sub sandwich, chips, apple, and cookies). The itinerary doesn't mention this but the bus also made a stop at a gas station on the way to and from the Grand Canyon, so you're able to go to the bathroom and buy food/drinks if you're hungry. Note that when you arrive, the tour guide will try to get you to buy his extra $20 guided tour by telling you that the options are to either go with him and "see things you wouldn't see otherwise" ... or walk 3 miles straight on your own. DO NOT let them fool you. Yes, the walk along the trail is 3 miles but there is a free bus line that runs parallel to the path which you can take at any moment if you get too tired. That bus takes you directly to the meeting point as well as other points of interest. I will admit that the $20 guided tour sounds worth it if you would rather stay in a group. And yes they DO show you stuff of interest so I wouldn't call it a scam, but just know that you can have a similar experience by researching what to see near the Grand Canyon "Rim Trail" and going yourself. Other than that, it's amazing and the guide/driver are both kind and knowledgeable. This is definitely the best priced Grand Canyon trip on the app by far.

Views from a movie!

It is amazing! It was on our bucket list to go on a helicopter and this was spectacular. My husband and I took our 21 year old son to Vegas for his birthday. The pilot was so knowledgeable about the area, gave us a super smooth ride and was very friendly and funny. The ride and views were something out of a movie, especially as we descended into the Grand Canyon. I cannot recommend Maverick enough. We had a great time.
